Lipid panel results from 6 week in to using 30mg anavar. HDL is very low, but everything else looks fine? What do yall think?
Obviously using a statin or Ezetemide to get the ldl that low. What’s your ApoB?
I don't use a statin or anything, for some reason I don't see ApOB on the labs, I thought it was included but maybe not.. hmm
Wow, your LDL is really impressive then. I wouldn’t worry too much about the HDL, but check your ApoB to draw a more accurate conclusion on your lipid health. Judging by how great your LDL is, I bet your ApoB is great too.
Thank you brother. I think my LDL is good from daily cardio, and I eat very clean with very little saturated fat. So ApoB is a more accurate assessment of lipid health? Not sure what to do about the HDL or if once I stop taking anavar it'll improve again. I know unc recommended cardarine
Transient decrease in HDL from var is nothing to be concerned about. Especially when your other lipid values are that. These labs results would give me the green light to keep doing whatever cycle I’m doing

HIIT cardio can raise HDL, somebody posted labs after a month of Carderine and the results were pretty impressive.
I do daily cardio for an hour but it's all zone 2 under 130bpm. So I think you're right I need to do more HIIT anaerobic cardio
