+ 1 Long time lurker first time poster
What’s up everyone. I’m from Northern California who’s been in the gym long enough to know there’s no substitute for consistency. I’m 6’ and focused on building a dense, lean physique rather than chasing the scale weight.
I have a college degree in nutrition and dietetics and I’ve spent years learning about training, nutrition, recovery, bloodwork, and now performance enhancement. I enjoy digging into the science just as much as hearing real-world experiences from people who’ve actually run compounds. I believe bloodwork and health markers should always be part of the conversation.
Current goals: Lean, quality offseason growth. Stay athletic while adding size. Keep lipids, blood pressure, glucose, and overall health in check.
Training style: Hypertrophy focus with progressive overload. old-school bodybuilding with some science based accessory work. Cardio year-round.
Outside the gym, I work in healthcare, so I’m naturally interested in evidence-based information and long-term health. That mindset carries over into my training.
I’m here to learn, share experiences, compare notes, and contribute whenever I can. Looking forward to talking training, nutrition, compounds, bloodwork, and everything in between.

For those that fly by the seat of the pants (let's call them no blooders) one day they wake up with a damaged heart. Unless your smart AND rich enough to use SS31 peps to heal it (most aren't) then your shit out of luck. Don't mess with the ticker. Too many have passed from this lifestyle.
You have a good approach. Keep the balance.
Welcome! New here also. +1 for earning it, not for the asking part lol
Just add to your list. Keep your HH in check. Drink plenty
