5iu day is doing nicely. I may bump it up soon to 8 iu but 5 has me going nicely!
‘preciate it. Curious what everyone’s doing. I’m slowly moving up now. Think I’ll eventually level out at 4iu and see how that treats me for a good long spell. Well, maybe try 5ius this winter. For research purposes n such.
