Quick diet update think I’m finally cracking below 15% BF. 203lbs carbs are only at 140 grams/day. Even though I’m flat tren is making me strong AF.

What do you do for shoulder workouts? I need some advice in that department having a hard time getting them to round out like that.
Mostly side laterals with hands in front of the body not the side higher reps.

Thanks my man. I actually don’t use GLP’s. I like to let the vivid starving feeling resonate with me so I can remember the feeling when it’s bulking and I hate food lol
