+ 1 Bloodwork Update UGFreak Sust & Deca
It’s been four weeks since my last bloodwork and almost eight weeks since I started this cycle. Right now I’m running UGFreak Sustanon 350 and Deca 500 alongside Pharaqo Primo. My weekly doses are 800 mg of test, 500 mg of Primo, and 100 mg of Deca.
This has honestly been one of the best cycles I’ve run. I’ve only gained about six pounds, but I’ve stayed lean the entire time and my strength has gone through the roof. When I started, I was benching 215 for 3. Now I’m hitting 270 for 5, so I’m really happy with how things are progressing.
The Deca has done exactly what I wanted it to do. At 100 mg a week it’s helped keep my joints feeling good, especially as the weights have gotten heavier, and my recovery has been noticeably better. I also haven’t had any prolactin related issues, which was something I was paying close attention to.
The 800 mg of test with 500 mg of Primo has also turned out to be a really solid ratio for me. My estradiol has stayed in a good range, I haven’t had any estrogen related side effects, and both the bloodwork and the way I feel back that up. Finding a ratio that keeps everything balanced has been more important to me than just pushing doses higher.
Compared to my last labs when I was running 500 mg of A-Tech Test C, the 800mg UGFreak Sustanon has performed exactly the way I would expect. Between the bloodwork, my strength, recovery, and overall well being, I’m confident the product is dosed properly.
As long as this next set of labs looks good, I don’t plan on changing much. When everything is working, I’d rather stay consistent than start changing things just for the sake of it.
The only thing I’m considering is dropping the Deca for the last five weeks and replacing it with 20 mg of ZPHC Anavar per day. Not because I’m having any issues, but because I’d rather stop the Deca before any potential side effects have a chance to show up. It seems like the smarter move if everything else is already going well.
I know some people will probably have something to say about the testosterone dose, and that’s fine. This cycle has been about figuring out what works best for me using bloodwork, performance, and how I actually feel, not just guessing or following what everyone else does. It’s not something I plan on running long term, but it’s been a good opportunity to learn how my body responds.
I’ll also be posting reviews on all of these oils soon, so keep an eye out for those.

love to see it, jesus are you a god?
Just a guy who loves training hard and good gear. Maybe a little too much of both at times.
I'm excited to share my post cycle physique update in early September. This has been one of the most productive cycles I've ever had, and I've made some of the best lean gains of my life.
Also, I wanted to address the elevated ALT and AST values. A few days before getting my blood drawn, I had a pretty bad flare-up of my sciatica and ended up taking ibuprofen for a couple of days to help manage the pain. NSAIDs like ibuprofen can temporarily increase liver enzyme levels in some people, so I believe that's the most likely explanation for the elevated values. I wasn't experiencing any symptoms that would make me think I was having liver issues, and will re-addressing these levels post cycle along with everything else.
Yeah get that in check forsure. Milk thistle, NAC and Tudca really do help but injectable glutathione is also really really good.
Question I saw you ran 1.6:1 Test to Primo, and your estradiol is sitting beautifully at 45. Did you take any sort of AI or is primo doing the real leg work here in terms of E2 management?
I started taking some support immediately. Also, I luckily have a really understanding doctor and they’re very aware of what I’m currently doing and where my levels sit. Unfortunately they don’t know much about ped’s and they’re only going to help monitor and do post cycle work with me.
Dude Pha***qo primo is the jam. The cycle is a 5:8:1 P:T:N and that is all primo. I also happen to be a low aromatizer and stay fairly lean. I normally don’t run into e2 issues even during previous 500mg test only blasts.
God that’s beautiful bro jesus. I aromatize like a F’ing female so I just started 2:1 will run bloods in 6 weeks and then just adjust 1:1 if needed.
Trust me though! NAC 1200mg, Milk Thistle 1000mg and Tudca 250mg. The missing piece is injectable glutathione. Do some research on it, it will absolutely fix those liver markers. Good luck brotha!
