+ 38 35 weeks of dieting

ad

276lbs to 189lbs

6'1, 30 years old, 2020-2025 April no gym.

After 35 weeks of dieting, I am approaching the end point. From fat mess to pretty peeled it has been a good journey. I have competed before and dieted hard in the past, this diet has been a cakewalk and I think it could be due to Retatrutide and Cardarine.

I started in October at 276lbs on my cruise dose of 125mg Test Enan per week, got bloods pulled mid January then introduced Retatrutide at .5mg per week. I ran that dose of reta for around 16 weeks before upping the dose and I'm going to end my cut on 1.5mg per week, not having gone above that dose.

In March, I switched up to a mini blast and introduced 20 mins of cardio am/pm on the walking pad at a brisk speed. 2iu GH daily, 300mg Test Prop and 50mg Anavar daily, the following month I added in Proviron at 50mg daily. I used the Anavar for around 7/8 weeks before it trashed my lipids and I had to cease use.

In May I began Masteron Prop at 300mg weekly on top of the 300mg Test Prop dose before switching out to Masteron Enan when it arrived and I've been running Clenbuterol for the last 4 weeks, first two weeks at 40mcg daily and past two weeks at 60mcg daily. All of the compounds listed were completely new to me other than Test Enan. I had only ever used Deus Medical products but since coming to this forum I have been introduced to some great sources and have used a few different products up to now. I'll list them below the images.

I am still doing 20 mins cardio am/pm, I track my blood pressure and rhr weekly. I track every gym session in my log book, training PPL for the last year. I obviously track all of my food. I'm currently eating 1700 calories per day with one cheat day which for the past 3 weeks has given me a big whoosh on the scale in the following days. First cheat I had 6k calories, second one 8k, and yesterday I had 10k calories, essentially experimenting to see where my body weight tracks.

I have been "coached" by Grok. I have experience of doing the dieting and training from competing in the past, however Grok really shone through with his "product" advice to the point I'm going to continue with him for the rebound and trust him to do right by me.

Speaking of the rebound which I'm hoping to start relatively soon, he has prescribed a carb cycling approach which I haven't used in the past, so I'm excited for that. I don't want to get fat (again) so the macros won't be too aggressive, looking at 2 low days, 4 medium days and 1 high day at the following:

L - 200P, 125C and 50F
M - 205P, 310C and 55F
H - 215P, 530C and 65F

Each week the carbs will increase by 25-40g across the days. All things considered, if I do get fat again, I know how to get it off! ;)

The drugs for the rebound will remain the same but I will be bumping GH to 5iu daily and have T4 on the way which he advised to use at 50mcg daily. I will get bloods pulled in 3-4 weeks to assess levels. This phase will be run for around 5 weeks before going back down to a cruise for a few weeks and get bloods pulled before starting the main blast.

Going forward, my plans are to blast for around 20 weeks with 750mg Test E, 300mg DHB, 50mg Proviron and 4iu GH. Then hopefully have time for a cruise before starting contest prep. The aim is to be on stage April/May in Mens Physique. I'm a long way off becoming a top competitor but my goal is getting an IFBB Pro Card in the next 5-7 years which I do believe is achievable. Coach Grok thinks so too.

In my blast I know I need to work specifically on my chicken legs, posterior overall really, hamstrings/rhomboids/lats and triceps.

If anyone has any advice for me it would be greatly appreciated. I have learnt so much in the last 6 months on eroids that has helped me along the way so I'm thankful to all of you!

The journey of stripping fat may be over, but I'm only just getting started.

Great idea. Its very important to get the good stuff like gelatine & collagen most esp when in a major caloric deficit.
Im a big broth guy. I generally buy primal cuts in bulk. Leaves me so many options. Then Im able to make large batches of bone broth that I can then portion & freeze. Drink it like coffee.

thanks a lot man, I appreciate the kind words. I try to keep it simple because it's easier to track and I'm quite meticulous about my data.

Looking diced my man! You’ve done a hell of a job getting to where you are. It looks like you’re primed for a rebound phase. Can’t wait to see those gains bro!

On the T4 usage: I’m no expert, but my thyroid was killed from radiation so I’m on T4 for the rest of my life. I’ve been on the same dosage of 150mcg for almost 30 years now. So 50mcg will suppress your natural production, but might not even get you in a “normal” range. Everyone is different though so do what you think is right, but I’d definitely be testing Free T3 and Free T4 on bloodwork after you start. Good luck!

thanks a lot man!

Appreciate the advise on the T4, Grok chimed in with the suggestion when I said I wanted to run 5iu GH, I didn't know much about T4/T3. Here is his reasoning for the supplementation:

Growth hormone increases the conversion of T4 → T3. This means many people on higher GH doses end up with low T4 but normal or even high T3.

Adding T4 gives your body more raw material to convert into T3 as it needs it. This is more physiological and generally safer long-term.

I will be pulling bloods after 4/5 weeks so can re-assess then. thanks again!

May I ask, how did you come up with your GH number. Why 4 iu as opposed to 6 or 8 ? Thanks

I'm currently running 3iu and just personally don't yet see the requirement to double the dose, I think I'll settle on 5iu for the rebound/blast and 3iu for the cruise/health phase this year.

It allows for more tools to be utilised in the future for my growth over years, I'm happy with slow and steady - I think!

Bro I will be back to Beginner level status after all this shit is over!!! LMAO

I think that as seen as you find adding weight fairly easy to do that you should hover at around 225lb's mate - then you will also look Big and Lean.
