Yes and no, chinese sellers always had it since they got first pick. It's back in circulation now but quality has been a big concern as some sources have gotten some shitty raws they couldn't even work with. Things have begun turning around in the last month for the smaller sources, it's becoming available to all but at 3x the cost it used to be. All raws have gone up by 3x
