Just lowering my Bf% slowly having double hernia surgery in 8 weeks. Doc said she will also remove all loose skin as well. Just Glad to still be apart of ya know.

Are you getting a mesh out in or are the able to do laparoscopic? Had mine fixed two years ago while I got a appendectomy.
