Leg days are 10x harder for sure! I have 3 siblings, 2 bros and a sis, all close in age, between 34-38 (our parents weren't fuckin around, or we're they fuckin around alot?) We're all extremely close, so it's usually us who are the terrors of the family get togethers lmao, we usually have a blast.
