Family BBQ when cutting - always working missed the last 3!!
Would like to get in on promo. For me, leg day is harder than almost anything else

Leg day hurts.
A family BBQ while cutting is psychological warfare.
You’ve got your aunt asking if you’re “still on that diet,” your uncle trying to hand you a brewski every 14 minutes, “4 an hour is the only way to drink” - Grandma looking personally offended you skipped seconds on her potato salad, and your cousin telling you to “live a little” while he’s on his third plate.
and no, that brownie isn’t “basically protein because it has eggs.”
At least leg day ends after an hour. The BBQ is six hours of dodging carbs and defending your life choices.
This about wraps it up family bbqs in my family end up in brawls so we don’t do them anymore I’d rather do leg day everyday then deal with the drama
Family bbq when cutting %100000 especially when your in charge of making the mashed potatoes fml
Family BBQ while cutting, I steady be smoking pork belly and ribeyes. All that juicy fat, and minimal for me!
The pulled pork at my family bbq is more dense grainy dry than my legs so for that I’m gonna have to say the bbq!!

Done!!
Definitely want to participate!
Leg day for sure!! Could care less about BBQ unless I’m cooking it
Depends who’s family, my family blowing my calorie budget for 3 days.
My girlfriend’s family bbq I’m staying in the deficit
BBQ… and not because of the food
I’m deep into a cut right now, and honestly, leg day is the fun part. Even on low carbs, I enjoy training. At a BBQ, I’ll happily throw some chicken breast on the grill, add a little rice and veggies, and I’m good.
The hard part for me is the social side.
I’m autistic (Level 1), so being around a big group of relatives, friends, and friends of friends drains me way more than a brutal leg workout ever could. If people don’t understand why I’m eating differently or why I’m so focused on my goals, I usually come across as too serious or misunderstood.
One-on-one? I’m great.
A crowded family BBQ? That’s my cardio.
@Pandateston you are the best!
@Steroidify Haha, appreciate you guys!
To be honest, one thing I really like is that these contests go beyond just giving away prizes. They get people sharing pieces of their lives … the good, the bad, and everything in between. Sometimes a simple comment ends up helping someone else or giving them something to think about.
That’s a win-win for the whole community. Thanks for constantly bringing value, not just great promos. Respect.
Exactly... It's strange to read questions like "How do I grow my karma?". We are here to share our own experience and learn smth new from other members. That's why we are here... Beside source games lol
I cant believe how many people dont think this is a real thing. I got a good hour, MAYBE 90 minutes at a large gathering before i literally start feeling physically exhausted., the more people the faster it comes on. I got good friends who understand this, but most my family are fucking assholes about it, so they can shove their BBQs up their collective asses.
@BigCoachKen it's a real thing bro
You also welcome to participate in this promo. Just PM us.
Exactly, brother. People think it’s just being antisocial, but it’s mentally exhausting.
One-on-one? I’m great. Put me in a crowd for an hour and my social battery files for divorce. lol
Hate to hear that for you, but dam glad to know I’m not the only dude just like that. I totally despise crowds, it just wears me out with the quickness
Exactly, brother. I think it’s way more common than people realize. A lot of folks just mask it, while others get labeled as antisocial, short-tempered, or rude when in reality they just have a different social threshold.
We’re all wired differently, and that’s okay. We just need a little mutual understanding and respect. Sometimes saying, “I’m done, I need to leave,” doesn’t mean you don’t like the people around you … it just means your social battery is empty.
Threads like this are actually pretty cool because they remind us we’re not alone. Everyone’s carrying something, and there’s nothing wrong with that.
Leg day for sure! I have no problem showing up with a thing of chicken and rice, but on leg day I have a hard time walking out to my car with the shaky legs!
If you are doing leg day right, even a family weekend bbq should be easy breezy japa.... well, you know. Refeed galore, rest and recovery, friends, family, that one hot aunty...oh I mean cousins girlfriend mwmwwhahaaahha! (takes one of those $500 tickets ;)
Big-Daddy-Swolefamily bbq is hard eberybodey always tempting me and bitch about my diet
I love leg day. Nothing is hard if you love it. Now socializing at a family bbq, however…. Yea that would suck. No one in my family lifts and they don’t understand my lifestyle.
@SeeOhShow but you are very welcome to join bro! Just PM us.
Just placed my order. Thanks again for offering. Also really happy to see that pharmaqo injectable MTren is guaiacol free. Excited to try it thanks to your promo
Leg days are worse. Days of pain vs a couple hours of discipline
