Hydrophilic PES vs. Hydrophobic PTFE Filter

So I filtered my Testosterone with a .22um PES filter. I believe I should have used a .22um PTFE filter.
Figured Filtering might be a good practice. However I think I used the wrong filter. PES for water based Peptides and PTFE for Oils. Would this be correct??????
Should I just draw the PES filtered Testosterone out and refilter it into a sterile vial with a PTFE filter?

No one has any suggestions on filtering?
Im just gonna re-filter using .22 PTFE filter and put in a new sterile vial.
