Lots of raises lots of volume man haha I do 2 shoulder raise movements on chest and tricep day and then have a seperate day where I hit Shoulders traps and calves which consist of 3 heavy top sets on pressing, 2 Rear delt exercises of 4 working sets 12-18 reps and then 2 lat raise exercises one being a Seated lat raise machine sets of 15 in to 3-5 partials until failure for 3 sets in to a back off to failure no partials and then standing dumbell lat raise 15 + 10 partials,12+10 partials 10+10 partials increasing weight each set in to a Drop set I find Shoulders can be very hard to over train especially on Isolation work

Raises are so hard for me right now with my left arm. I've got a fraying rotator cuff and while it doesn't hurt (usually), it is weak. Like no strength improvement even after months and months

Thank you & Yesir I have a son. Unfortunately like so many fathers these days, I get to be less of a Dad to my kid than some other clown that just happened along after the fact. It’s supposed to be a good day for Fathers, so I’m not gonna open that can of worms any further & put negativity or depressing shit out there..
