16 weeks down, 8 to go.
Still fighting the waistline and lower back fat. Stubborn as hell, but so am I.
From here it’s carb cycling and pulling another 200 calories every couple weeks until the finish line.
Not blessed with great genetics, but consistency doesn’t care about genetics.
Head down. Keep grinding.

What helped me get the last bit of stubborn fat off when I was chasing extreme definition a while back was Helios. I could probably do the same with an extreme diet but I would have lost a ton of muscle in the process.

I’ve heard good things about Helios.
I’m on Reta, mots-c and slupp332, and I’ll be adding a little Clen for the last 6 weeks. Eventually I may throw in some oral Yohimbine too, which is basically the same active ingredient as Helios.
Not sure the injectable version is actually any better, to be honest.
For now, I’m gonna see how far diet, time and consistency can take me, but I appreciate the tip, brother.

I like Hyperextensions/Roman chair work, Deadlifts, RDLs, Barbell Bent Over Rows and Rack Pulls.
I run two different rotations during the week, so exercise selection changes a bit from session to session.
Right now I’m running Upper / Lower / Arms / Rest / Upper / Lower / Arms.
During the off-season/growth phase… I was doing Upper / Lower / Rest / Upper / Lower / Arms / Rest.
Bro if you can definetly add those hanging twist. I used to have some crazy love handles and that one obliterated them and the lower belly. Became a huge fan of hanging leg lifts amd twists after that.

They’re actually already part of my ab routine. I rotate between the ab crunch machine and hanging leg raises with twists.
I’ve definitely noticed a good improvement since adding them.
I think you’re right though. At this point, consistency and enough time spent lean will probably do more for those stubborn areas than anything else.
