How to get psa down?
ad
51 and been on TRT for a year. PSA is in the high range. Is there any that can be done to lower that score besides lowering dose of Test-C?

What helped me was Pumpkin Seed Oil. Not a supplement, but the oil in a bottle and at least 5ml twice a day. Orally, not injectable, to be clear
With the addition of NOW Foods Prostate Health, Clinical Strength, which contains everything you need in effective doses.
I ordered the same as in the picture as well as a few others of that brands supplements. Hopefully I will be good to go at next blood work.
Glad you clarified not injecting, I read the first two sentences and I was thinking this guy is full of shit…lol However, that softgel supplement looks like it covers a lot of bases. --

unseen423Couple of different ways of going about it:
1. Increase Lycopene consumption from tomatoes, watermelon, and grapefruit
2. Add in more cruciferous foods like broccoli and cauliflower
3. Increase or add in Omega 3's
4. Some basics- clean up the diet from highly processed foods, reduce alcohol and smoking
5. If needed, 5-AR Inhibitors can be introduced
Appreciate the advice! I just saw the TRT clinic today and she didn’t seem overly concerned with PSA at 4.8, free PSA at 1.46 and % free PSA at 30%. Total test was at 765, didn’t have free test results yet. She seems to be onboard with upping test c dose -- taking 200 a week currently. I just want to stay safe from prostate cancer and get test up as high as she will prescribe
