Tren and Testosterone Bloodwork

So I have read that Tren causes false Testosterone numbers. I just got my bloodwork back from my tren and sust cycle.
Prior I was on 175mg of Sust.
Total Test was 1925
Now I am on cycle of 350-375mg of Sust and 100mg of Tren A
Total Test was 1975
Same Sust.
Can someone explain to me why this occurs like I am 2 years old. Maybe 1years old.

Depends on time on sust. The long Ester is like deca or eq and takes near 8 weeks for peak. The tren a im guessing is ed or eod?
Both are ED. When I was doing my TRT dose I did it ED.
I just don't understand why Tren has an affect on Testosterone Bloodwork
