Bro I ordered April 17th. Few days go by, I emailed, got the run around, then they stopped replying to email. I went to the telegram, said what was going on, someone said to reach out to him in his dm’s. So I did, a day or so goes by, he gets me some tracking info. I still don’t have the pack. All domestic.
I hate that you're having a problem with them. My experience has been good so far, knock on wood. You said they gave you tracking info. What's it doing?
It’s moving, just slowly. I think it will get here. Just a little aggravating, and a few bumps in the road for a domestic order.
Dude I’m about to trip on these guys lol. $250 going on 10 days. No response. No solution. They were going good for me. Now I’m starting to get upset. Like if you needed time. Fucking tell me. Like don’t just respond without a solution or something. I’ve sent 3 emails with multiple fucking solutions. At this point I’m about to just get my $250 and go hit up the Chinese.
Have you tried hitting them up on telegram? My order said “cancelled” since I paid. No confirmation emails or anything. Waited a few days. Then hit them up on telegram. They said don’t worry your good. A couple days later it arrived. Order placed 4/26. Received 5/2
I was banned from their telegram. So I made a new one. I spoke to the owner and he got me squared away. Once he ships and my package is received I’ll definitely update my angry posts

I've got a package coming from China , not from this source, it's going on a month because of delays with the shipping company and a holiday. But they are going a different route finally and I'm seeing movement. So I definitely know how you feel.

Hey man, I had the same issue. I tried their Telegram group and got banned because I DM'd the mod, because I was told to by customer serviceto do so.I kept spamming their email until I was DMd by their customer service on Telegram. I can give you his telegram if you'd like. I think it was figured out, I have something in transit coming on Monday. Not sure if they're one and done scammers and go the way of Meta Pharma. Usually when prices are too good to be true, they usually are.
