So doing an updated status on my last order:
First couple orders. Easy. Fast. No issues.
This last order which a lot are starting to notice is ordering products that seem to be sold out due to website not updating. Support is kinda bad, but once you get into their telegram and contact the head honcho he will get you sorted but having to jump through those hoops can be excessive. But after 2 weeks domestic o finally received my order. Everything is present and will reconstitute and upload pictures later. The source dies have it share it issues, but hopefully still bring new they take the constructive criticism and continue to improve operations.
Their communication is fucking trash. I made the mistake of putting 2 orders of international bac water on my domestic order. Its 5 dollars cheaper. I emailed them before tracking dropped to try and sort it out, no response.
Pack lands, no bac water. Finally, get an email. They want me to order more and they will ship the bac water. Nah, im good, I already spent a few hundred and you couldnt help me out.
Eventually, they agreed to ship out 1 order of bac water, which landed friday. Will I order from them again, probably not.
My friend, when you placed your order, bac water was out of stock in the US warehouse, so you ordered it from the international warehouse without pay the intlwarehouse shipping fees.
After we shipped the US warehouse portion of your order as requested, bac water became available in the US warehouse. I then asked whether we could include the 2 boxes of bac water with your next order from the US warehouse, but you preferred that we ship 1 box separately from the US warehouse immediately.
We followed your request and shipped 1 box of bac water from the US warehouse to you without charging any additional shipping fees.
Thank you very much for choosing us; however, I hope that we can strive to understand one another rather than placing blame on each other.
I ordered international because i wasnt paying attention, not because you were out of stock.
I opted for you to send 1 order so you didnt have to completely eat the cost of shipping.
Maybe, fix the website where mixing int and dom orders isnt allowed, especially since shipping cost is different.
Second order TD today ordered late Monday night and arrived today. My first order was missing one product but they made it right on my second order. No tracking info no payment confirmation email but all is good and quick delivery from across the country.
Just a heads up to those who may not already know - in addition to their "glitchy" website showing order as cancelled, they also do not keep their inventory up to date in real time (maybe those issues are related).
Ordered US domestic, 2 of my 3 items shipped and arrived. Third item, told the day the others arrived, oops out of stock no idea when it will restock. Currently in discussion over Telegram how to get credit / reimbursement.
I'm not worried about getting my money back, fairly certain it will take care of itself. But, I wouldn't have ordered had I known it was out of stock, I needed to stack the 3 items.

I ordered international 4/20 on 4/25 got an informed delivery that it arrived at the shipping partner and 4 hours later departed the shipping partner as of today there is no further movement and usps is still waiting for it. I have posted this in the telegram page and have gotten nothing more then it will show up TRUST ME. The rep Eazy they all praise suddenly changed his name and removed his picture on telegram. I'm not saying that I have been scammed yet but something feels very off.

All of my other int orders from other sources always updated as soon as it hit the states and I had updates the entire time and never took more then 5 days once it hit the states to my door.
FYI “shipping partner” doesn’t necessarily means it’s hit the states . . .

From another source I got the usps update, “Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 12:00 pm on April 28, 2026 in CAROL STREAM, IL 60199. The shipping partner tracking number still had it in China until 5/5 when it arrived in Illinois. It’s still in customs since they decided to inspect it so I’m just waiting for the love letter from customs to arrive so I can have a reship.

I am waiting on that letter to. They already reahipped to the same exact place as the seized shipment. New informed delivery is the same just newer date and slightly different times but hasn't updated just like before.
