Update on my issue.
Basically, domestic and international orders must be made separately, makes sense... But, the website allows you to order both at the same time, even though there is a difference in shipping cost.
Yes, it was my mistake, but that's $30 of product i dont have. Their solution is to send it to me on my next order lol.

Email is your best bet. And take a screenshot of your payment and send it in your email. Thats what I did.
Yeah email support was fast. They have a solid customer service team so far I can tell. Issue with my order but we are figuring a solution
