At least you got store credit. I ordered just some test and AI and it's straight bunk. They told me they will take care of me on my next order. If I'm not reimbursed or sent a replacement I will never order again. What kind of customer service is this.

It was refrigerated from the minute I got it the whole pack of vials was the first vial didn’t do this this one has some white specs floating in it. I have been in contact with support so far it just keeps getting escalated and just for the record was reconstituted with the bac water you included
