I’m having the same issue. This is a concurrent problem that I’m not sure would be fixed without having access to this forum. Imo this is unacceptable and the bare minimum of communication for confirmation of purchased goods should be an automatic email. It would be wise of you to hire someone on upwork to handle your website and communication difficulties. Either your website barely works or not at all and now zero confirmation about an order not even when I sign into my profile on your website.
If I didn’t have to use you for certain products I would not continue to return bc of how piss poor this is handled

My only issue is the HPLC side of things. It’s not always available, and when it is, a lot of times it’s outdated or doesn’t really match the current batch, sometimes even showing underdosed results.
I used to order from them pretty regularly, but once I noticed the inconsistency with up-to-date HPLC tied to the actual batches, I started pulling back a bit.

It’s just ok. Ran a bottle with minimal results and cranked dosage much higher than I normally would. I wasn’t impressed. Switched to another source and within a week I had to lower dose due to sides and grew like a weed. I’ve asked to see labs for their ace and it’s never sent. I will say they have the worst EQ I’ve ever ran.

Haven’t tried their Tren personally, bro.
From what I’ve seen, some compounds in the past came a bit underdosed, and a lot of the HPLC reports on the site are kinda old. Nothing crazy, just not always up to date.
I think it’s fair to just hit them up and ask for the latest HPLC and confirm the batch number … better safe than sorry, just to know you’re getting exactly what you paid for.
Last I checked, the Tren E HPLC on the site was from April 2025, so not sure if that matches the current batch. And I don’t think they have HPLC posted for the acetate, which makes it harder to say.
I’ve used a few YMS compounds before and overall they’re solid, just one of those sources where it’s worth double-checking info directly with them.

I've pinned and had good experience with their peptides, hope the oils turn out well.
I loved their tren ace so much I ended up running it for nearly 11 months straight. Not kidding. I run it low compared to a lot of guys though, mostly 70-140mg/week but went as high as 350mg.
