I received my order, I just feel as if this 60mg vial is more like a mislabel and actually a 10mg vial. I changed my dosage from 3 mg up to 8mg as a test "dont recommend" and felt absolutely nothing still.

Sold me moldy reta pens . They did issue me a store credit but now I’m stuck with store credit . They’re all out of Reta except the 5mg and it’s over double price . No offer to make it right .. they are coming down hill fast . I’ve been a good customer and haven’t had many issues . BUYER BEWARE !! This is straight dangerous selling injectable products with mold .
The exact same thing happened to me, they sold me reta pens that had mold growing inside the vials and some type of bacteria floating around in one of them and something growing on the inside/topside of the plunger. You’re playing with fire buying ANYTHING from them….this was my sign to move on to a legitimate source! These people should be banned from Eroids and every other forum they’re on!

After reviewing your case we can confirm that the store credit was used on order #315580 and the remaining balance has been added back to your account as store credit.
We have not received any other issues with this pen, so this appears to have happened during shipping. Please note the pen must be kept refrigerated before and after use.

I opened it up the day it arrived and it was moldy. You should take the note and keep it refrigerated or send ice packs if you’re really going to make that claim . Which is a BS claim it happened in 2 days in the mail . I’m sure other pens had it maybe other people didn’t notice it .

Yah and I got less than 1/2 the product for same price . I’ll use the rest of my store credit and never buy from you again . You didn’t even offer to send a replacement just a store credit knowing the only available product was over twice the price of the original product which is the same peptide . Goood luck !
