Water retention

ad

I’m new to HGH. Been on it all of maybe 3 weeks. First week was rough, really bad sleep and my body was in a state of “fight” that kept me on edge all the time. After about 5-6 days everything calmed down, I gained like 5 pounds of water over maybe 3 days and now I feel great. Sleep is solid. None of the water is in my mid section that I can see (waist measurements are the same as before I started HGH ). My RHR and HRV are both worse but not by enough to be a concern and for the most part I’m good.

However I keep seeing comments or media talking about the problems of retaining to much water. How it’s suppose to be bad for your health. I have zero joint pain or numbness. My dose is only 2iu which I take in the evening. My minor dose aside, how much water is too much for long term health? Is 5ish pounds of a frame that started at 180 lean a big issue? I feel pretty good now but is it healthy long term? I’m not fear mongering, I honestly don’t know.

Feedback would be great!

Potassium citrate will signal body to dump excess water and fix sodium/electrolyte imbalances if you have any. make sure your drinking alot of water, paradoxically. Could likely help a good bit, worth a try.

First time using GH? If so, give your body some time to adjust. You’ll reach homeostasis, and the water will come off. RHR and HRV will also be elevated subconsciously if you’re stressing about this too much too. Try to relax and give your body some time to adjust. When I first started GH my water retention was so bad the carpal tunnel in my hands made my fingers completely numb. Now I can take 10IU no problem.
