+ 17 Two year progression
I’m pretty happy with my progress over the past couple years, but I still haven’t gotten the six-pack I was hoping for. (This pic was taken first thing in the morning – no pump).
I know people will question the ~11% body fat—I got that from a DEXA scan at UC Davis. I understand those can be off by a couple points, so I’m open to that.
For context, I had a total knee replacement in 2022 and a cervical disc replacement in 2020. I got out really out of shape from 2012 to 2022 and in 2015 I started binge drinking a lot more.
Three years ago I stopped drinking completely, and about two years ago I started lifting seriously and focusing on my health. Since then, I’ve made consistent progress.
One thing I haven’t done much of is direct ab training. I train 6 days a week with a push/pull/leg split and hit it hard for an hour and somehow the ab workout is ignored.
Right now I’m in a bulk running:
• 300 mg Test
• 200 mg NPP
• 3 IU HGH
Still consider myself pretty new when it comes to PEDs…. I would actually love to increase the amount of gear I am taking, but this stack gets me in the 1600 total test and 50-60 estradiol. (I actually hoarded a bunch of Primo and may do a test/primo run next). The goal is to slowly add a few pounds of muscle each year and keep improving over time.
Maybe the abs will show up eventually—but I know I have to put in the work.

goddamn I’m going from a similar weight/body fat and I’d be thrilled as hell if I ever end up looking that good again. Be proud of yourself, you obviously put in the work
Phenomenal progression bro....and after 60! Job well fuckin done man! You should be proud as hell of yourself. That right there is dedication and pure inspiration for others that no matter your age...it CAN be done! You sir are a true badass!
I was hesitant to post these pictures, having never done it before. But I am glad I did because of all the encouragement. I can go back and read the comments if I need motivation! Thanks BigDaddy and everyone!
For sure bro....you deserve it!
Nice work, Big! Looking sliced and tight.
This is what no excuses looks like
This is what dedication looks like
This is what hard work looks like
This should inspire anyone at any age!!!!
Thanks dude - that is a nice comment.
This is an incredible transformation.
Thank you!
Very nice transformation. Just to show, you don't need GLP-1's to lose weight/fat, just hard work and dedication always works. Keep it up brother!
Thank you!
Nice work sir.
Some men get old while others simply mature.
Thank you!
Nice fucking work bro… 11% looks correct.
Side note: “I havnt got the 6 pack I was looking for”… um, are you retarded? Hahahah I easily count 6, maybe you went to school in Mississippi and don’t know how to count hahahah just fucking with ya man
Nice progress, you look shredded. Don’t be so hard on yourself
Good shit! Love to see it bro.
Nah that looks like 11% for sure. Skin just isn’t as tight due to the size you were previously. Great job on the transformation I bet you feel amazing
I feel transformed honestly. And I went into this whole thing wanting to "live my best life" as I'm heading to my final 20-25 years. One of the main reasons I quit alcohol was brain health and the lifting was initially to build muscle because the statistics are not kind when one falls and breaks a hip. Then fortunately, I rediscovered my love of lifting and that is a big reason for my progress.
Nice transformation, getting muscle really helps with longevity. I hope to one day be a swole, and not senile 100 year old lifter lol
Great job, you are doing awesome
Nice work Boss, legit transformation there!
Whats your IGF-1 at 3iu?
You are doing great! A six pack looks so much better than a keg
