I’m pretty sure they are only shipping Int right now. I had a recent order come in about 20 days.
My first several shipments with them were domestic and my last one was expecting domestic too. Long story short, paid on 3/3 and still no package or updated tracking.
Paid on March 1st and have been given the complete run around by this guy. Tracking has not updated in 37 days, kept being told different lies:
-its in customs
-then got told its released to customs and otw to the US
-then got told it was returned to sender
-then got told its in customs again
-now told its otw to the US
You cannot trust anything this seller says BUYER BEWARE
Bro, I paid on March 3rd. I have sent him a dozen emails over this time and he has not been truthful at all. He has been telling me the packages were released and sent to USA for 3 weeks now. Then today, he gave me a whole new bullshit story. ALL I WANT IS CLEAR COMMUNICATION AND THE TRUTH. Compared to other sources, I would say godtropin is terrible with customer service and doesn't seem t care much. Look at this forum, he is not on here giving explanations or updated info....bad sign in my opinion.
Don't want to bash because their product is good, but all I want is the truth. I was expecting domestic ship when ordered and it went international. And when things went sideways, if he would have just told me that the packs were stuck in Hong Kong customs, I would have quickly ordered an emergency order from another trusted source as a back up.
My first 3 orders were great. This order has gone all kinds of bad. Not truthful, poor communication, and a fucked up shipping process.
Update: He responded to my email from this AM and explained what happened all over again. He gave me updated tracking and my package is on the way finally. I confirmed it is in the US. Glad he responded. Seems it was a large shipment that went sideways but not his fault. Should have early next week.
Mistake on my part! The tracking he sent me was for someone else (I guess to show me packages have entered the USA). I was all excited BUT not my package. My tracking still has no updates and has been in transit for 45 days. When in the hell would a good source pull the plug and reship. This whole process has been a bummer. I have had other sources on this website reship at the first sign of trouble and even if there is a longshot I might receive my original package. Not this source!
actually this situation never happened before since 12 years. once we shipped it, it's out of my control. I didn't know they were stuck at hk customs for 20 days, my carrier took those back and reshipped all, normally it takes 9-12 days to be handed to local carrier, but this time they r waiting for flight for long time, trust me, I call carrier 2-3 times every day to push it, but not under our hand, so we always thought they should get flight soon after wait for so long, if we reship, the packages would be way behind to get flight. so I think its better we offer a 20% discount.

paid for my order but I can't email the guy proof of payment because, all of a sudden, my emails are getting kicked back. apparently, they're being flagged as "spam" lol not sure why, since we've already emailed back and forth. I see some other people with the same issue. now what?
so the fix to the reply emails being rejected seems to be sending him a newly-composed email. he was able to see I paid and said he would send me tracking info later. at least I don't have to worry about not being able to reach the dude.
got the tracking info this morning. looks to be coming outta NY with USPS. should get it by this week, we'll see.

Don’t post shipping info it’s in the rules can’t talk about carriers and whatnot and saying where it’s coming from is really not smart
Now a month and a couple days and still zero tracking update at all. They aren’t accepting my FR or responding to emails. i want to trust the process but its Not a good Look right now.
UPDATE: got my package about a week after i reached out to him on this site and everything looks good. it was like 47 days since i ordered but hey i ended up getting what i ordered and asked for so im grateful about that.
Just got an update on Tracking,, will be here Saturday!!! Now i know you just have to trust the process..

That's great news for you. Give us a little detail, when did you order/pay for your stuff? I know he wants us to all be patient but when you are used to domestic shipping from them and a max of 14 days, waiting 30+ days without tracking update is brutal. I had to order more GH 2 days ago from a domestic source because I'm down to my last 2 shots. :(
I waited around 3 to 4 days for a tracking number, though this is my first time ordering from GODTROPIN. If you’ve been waiting more than a month, your email might not have reached their inbox. Especially if you’re using Proton Mail or a similar type of email. In the future, it’s a good idea to plan for unforeseen circumstances, like lost packages or shipping delays. I’d recommend always keeping a month or two of extra supply on hand.
Yeah, all good. -- Just was not expecting international shipping. I like domestic, plus I hate thinking my gear or peptides/HGH are sitting in a hot ass container for 30 days. Regardless of what you read, not a great situation for the product.
