My first blast ever was Test Prop/Tren Ace both from cattle pellet conversion. Crazy AF, wouldn't recommend. Every single shot of that Tren Ace was an instant coughing fit. Well over 2 decades ago. Still hands down the strongest acting tren I've ever ran. Never had any jaw issue though. You sure you're up to date on your tetanus shots?

That cough + weird head rush is classic oil microembolism… but the jaw pain? That’s new level “what the f*** is happening” probably just your body going full panic mode from the shock.

The odds you hit a vein and the vein doesn’t collapse is very low. Are you pinning in the same spot where there is a big vein/artery every time? Do you feel any sharp pain when inserting the needle and before pushing the plunger? Do you have excess blood after pulling the needle out?

You are hitting a vein. The one and only good thing about pinning in the same 2 spots over and over again... I never get tren cough because of all the scarring in my glutes.

I've gotten those exact feels from different products over the years so I know exactly how you feel.
It's from hitting a vein and shooting the product straight through your system.

I get this horrible sensation where I can taste the carrier and BB/BA and then I feel it circulate through the veins in my tongue, cheeks and scalp - I can literally feel it burning and then it can go up my nose too and make me sneeze. Its one of the many things I got sick of that stopped me running it. Look Great, Lift Great - Feel like shit and unbeknown to yourself act like an irrational arsehole lol

You are probably not injecting deep enough but also, I’d be concerned about the other symptoms you described. Are you measuring your BP consistently?

Like aggie said, probably hit a vein. Tren cough was hit or miss with me when I was running it. And at varying levels of intensity.

Are you pinning directly into musice and not sub q? Tren cough is the result of the oil getting into your blood stream so you are going through a vein in these pins. I have not had tren cough yet and I pin the glutes and the delts. I used a slim pin in the delts today actually. When I pin I do not have any blood coming out when I pull the needle either.
