Hi yall. I love HGH. I don’t think I could ever go without it.
Naturally, because I enjoy the effects so much, I want to push the dose higher and higher.
I’m running 4iu daily at the moment.
How many of you cruise at this level?
Do any of you cruise higher?
My IGF-1 hit pretty high so I cut out the IPA + CJC I was also running. Will test again soon. Hoping the levels dropped 150ng or so.

I’m conflicted on this. Physiologically, it makes sense that increased GH/IGF-1 signaling could contribute to hypertrophy. However, in adults without GH deficiency, human studies have not consistently shown a significant increase muscular hypertrophy. What GH does seem to do is increase collagen synthesis in muscle and tendon connective tissue, which may help with recovery or tissue support. It can also increase lean body mass, due to reduced fat mass.
According to Todd Lee, if you injected intramuscularly together with testosterone, that increases localized IGF one signaling and leads to site specific muscle growth. But that's based on his knowledge of physiology and chemistry, there is not actually any evidence from studies to support that claim.
I’ve heard I shouldn’t be concerned with the Igf-1 numbers before, but I can’t help it. I want to avoid the organ growth as much as possible.
Gotcha. If you decide to go higher, just keep track of your blood sugar levels. High dosages can affect your insulin sensitivity. That limit is different for everyone. Maybe anywhere from 5-8iu's IDK. Get a blood sugar monitor/tester on Amazon, around $20-30.
I have been keeping an eye on it. Also on Reta to help. I’m content at 4. The problem is I don’t want to go lower!
You definitely should take a break though, I know the feeling of wanting to stay on it but at least give yourself a couple days off here and there. It really isn't healthy to be on GH constantly like that. But you're a grown ass man do what you want, just my 2 cents.

I like my HGH but am taking a break for a bit. Will be back in a few months to 2-4 iu per day.

Sometimes I throw it in blood work. Sometimes I don’t.
What kind of range are you seeing?
6iu & 50mcg IGF1-LR3 for 8 week blast then drop igf1lr3 and cruise 4iu for 6mo. Maybe fit another 8 week blast in there before the 6mo expires.
I want to cruise on 4iu forever. Fucking amazing
