Have had the burn in the back of my throat just once but it didn't turn into a cough or anything. More of a nice harsh smell, taste of the tren. Was kind of nice in an odd way.

I have the cough sometimes, but the trensomnia is the reason I won’t be getting anymore anytime soon. I can’t be waking up early and going to the gym with 3 hours of sleep.

I never got Tren cough and I’ve ran ace ed at 700mg a week before

Aspirated is just optional. When you pull pin out is the iffy spot. That nicked vein. It's not only tren that makes a cough. Ba bb will do it. Slow shallow breaths help a lot. A big breath will send you down.

Never got the cough. What happens to me pretty often instead is my throat suddenly feels like it’s closing up, like someone’s squeezing it. Almost feels like a panic attack. It only lasts during the injection and a few seconds after

I stay at 100mg max of the enanthate. Anything over i feel that alcohol or whatever it is hit my lungs first and its on for 2min. To the point i wait till noone is home because it scares the shit out my now 7yr old daughter who keeps asking "dad you ok?!" where im only able to give a thumbs up. Dont happen everytime but happens everytime im not expecting it. And like @Roastbeast86 said at 100 i dont get insomnia or soaking my underwear thru during the night.

I've always called it Throat burn rather than Tren cough, never had it as an uncontrolled cough either but rather a burning sensation at the back of the throat which gets worse the harder you breathe and panic over wondering what the fuck it is. It does make you want to cough to get rid of the sensation though. I've had it many times where if a lot gets into the blood stream it enters all area of your face where your tongue burns, scalp burns and its just an awful feeling. It isn't limited to Tren ace either - Guaiacol can cause it too and other solvents such as if BA is a little high in Test and things. Some Trens are defo way worse than others too. For sure using Tren E helps get round it.

Never had Tren cough and I’ve been pinning for years, I’ve had the Tren taste after pinning, like a copper taste is the best I can describe it as. Tren cough is initiated by hitting a nerve and getting a small amount of Tren through.

For me I never get it till after few weeks on cycle then out the blue it just hits me.

I haven't ever gotten it either from ace or E. I read that it only happens if you pierce a vein or any gets into your bloodstream via injection because it irritates the branchial tubing in your lungs.

Just keep trying. It’s better with Ace.

Only ran tren once. Up to 50mg/day. Never got the cough. But sometimes would get a little irritation top of chest/throat area where it felt like a cough was going to come on post injection, but never did.

Ive accidentally pushed thru a vein (or into a vein I dunno) while injecting other compounds and the cough is pretty wild. Eyes watering and everything. Thought I was gonna die a couple times. It's gotta be similar to tren cough

Never had tren cough, but I have knots in each quad from years of prescription TRT and some questionable UGLs, where if I inject anything more than 0.5 mL of any AAS, I get a wave of coughing that is quite painful. Sooo, makes me agree with Aggieguy, I think the cough comes from oil getting directly into your blood.
