20mg every other day for my nips with only .25mg arimidex a week keeps estro below 80 which is my sweet spot. Dont like low or people's so called normal estro levels
Smart approach, brother. Keeping E2 on the higher side but controlled is usually where guys see the best anabolic environment … crash it and everything suffers (strength, joints, libido, even growth signaling). Sounds like you already found your sweet spot.
One thing I like to keep in the mix when running SERMs like Tamoxifen is 5mg daily of Tadalafil. Besides the obvious benefits, it helps with vasodilation and endothelial function, which is nice when you’re pushing heavier cycles. Some guys also keep Telmisartan in during blasts … good for blood pressure control and overall cardiovascular support.
Just little things that help keep the system running smooth while letting the gear do its job. Looks like you’ve got a solid plan dialed in.
I was on 5mg talidifil a day for blood pressure till doc got me on lisinopril, so now have to make sure cialis doesn't drop me too low. I tried 20mg on fun night and did opposite effect because i think i dropped my pressure

No wont run them together. Tren i hate the sides but 100mg a week keeps me trimmed. So either 375 test/100 tren or 375 test/300 deca, nolva 20mg every other day for gyno and proviron 25 a day. If im just cruising on 250 test ill do 50mg proviron to boost the cruise. Arimidex .25wk with nolva is all i need for estro. I like a little higher end e2
