I’ve been a loyal customer of NapsGear since July of last year. After reading positive reviews from this forum, I decided to switch from my previous supplier. Every order I’ve placed has arrived on time, and I’ve genuinely been impressed with the service — I’ve spent $1,500 with the company and have been very happy with the store credit system, which has motivated me to continue purchasing.
I recently placed two orders. Unfortunately, one of them, Order Number #5541276, was marked as delivered on the USPS website last Saturday but never arrived. After checking with my local post office, they confirmed via GPS scan that it had been delivered to the wrong address. They attempted to retrieve it but were unsuccessful and asked me to submit a missing mail request. This has been very stressful, as I was excited to receive my order.
I submitted a ticket on the NapsGear website to request assistance and hopefully have a replacement shipped. I received a response to my ticket (Ticket ID: PFX-167-78593) from Amelia Johnson, stating that the package shows as delivered with no evidence to suggest otherwise. I then submitted a screenshot of my USPS missing mail request, but Amelia Johnson responded that once USPS confirms delivery, they cannot process further claims or inquiries regarding the package’s whereabouts. USPS informed me that the package was insured and that the sender has to initiate the claim.
I’ve truly valued my experience with NapsGear, which makes this situation all the more disappointing. Since this has never happened to me before, I’m hoping someone from the team can review the matter and help find a fair resolution.

Placed an order with Naps (Order Number: 5498742) in December 2025. Part of the order came within a week. Good job. The rest of the order has been nondelivered. I have followed all instructions from Nasps Help people with continued promises that my order will be delivered. The remaining part of my order has not been delivered. Naps is now refusing to respond to my support tickets. Proceed with caution.

It was my first order. I think the reviews are probably fake. It was my first order. I think they’re scamming people. Has anyone ever had this issue?
