Where can I get advice on cycling what to be careful for?

in about 4 weeks, I want to start primobolan. I want to make sure I do it right. I would like to hire a coach or someone who can help on a affordable price. Any one?

Look around dude! You're on the place with the best info for cycling. One hit of the search bar and you'd be on your way.
But you wanna find an "affordable" coach, while running the most expensive compound out there?
I'd say you need to get your priorities straight first. There's no amount or compound in the world that will get you to your goals without knowledge and experience.
My advice would be to save your money and stop buying gear and invest that into food and a good coach. A Google search would find you a solid online coach in about 5 seconds if you took the time to look

Do your own research and use the forums correctly for questions. Get bloodwork and ask for help if you don’t understand it.

Save your money and watch youtube videos for your coaching. They are free. If you are fat Primo is not good for you it will just make you look even bigger and you won't be happy with the results.

Trust the process, get on a Testosterone only cycle. I would highly recommend doing blood work first so you know your levels. Search this site under the noob sections and look at first cycles. If I were you I would do a testosterone only cycle with Retatrutide to lose the weight/fat and hit the gym hard. If you do this I will bet money in 4 months you will see huge changes.

You answered your own question in one of your other posts. At 30% body fat you should just be eating in a calorie deficit, training hard, and doing cardio. TRT doses and reta to make the cut a bit smoother.

Forget any other compounds or actual cycles until you're leaner and can actually make the most out of the gear.

Camera shy for now as I basically have no muscles. Diet is 180p 190c 75f. 5 days a week. Upper lower, legs upper lower and around 30% bf

I would actually train for at least a year run your trt and some Rita. I would personally gain as much muscle on your trt and then when you get to 15-20% BF then either up your test dose and figure out if your E2 sensitive and figure out how to control it where you're all in range then I would add another compound if you would like so in case you get into trouble you know how to react
