+ 1 Looking to start as a beginner soon
I wanted to get more opinion on this.
I'm 6ft 230lbs 31yrs currently on 200mg test and 6mg of reta.
I'm currently working out 5 days a week with 4 25 min cardio. I was going to ask what my focus should be on, but I'm assuming everyone is going to say drop the BF a bit doing what I'm on now before adding primo and etc.
im currently on a deficit of 1750 calories. With just working out and cardio I know if gives me extra calories to burn so it should be easy to shed weight, but also is it possible to gain muscle or focus on that later.
Questions
- would primo help expedite?
- would gaining somehow muscles now and losing bodyfat slowly help?
Ultimately, I want to look jacked, but not crazy bodybuilding. I do want to look of course not fat no more and a bit shredded.

You can't gain muscle in a deficit. 1,750 cals is an extremely restricted diet. I'm guessing you have lost a significant sum of weight in the last few months?
Get to your goal bf% and then add the calories back in. You will gain quite a bit of muscle on 200 test and food. And then once you stall out consider more test and secondary compounds
First week. I was only 1950 calories from week 1-3.
How would I know if I'm gaining muscle and not body fat. I'm with a coach, basically I was on 2300 calories for first 2 weeks to establish mainteinc ce. I think that was maintence. then week 3 was 1950 calories. dropped maybe 1-2lbs. I started fasting so my schedule a is a bit off and for 4 weeks stay at a 1750 calories.
