Still losing fat first to get body fat% down, but after what can i do to grow muscle

ad

So I'm 6ft currently like 214lbs. I don't know the goal weight, but want to get body fat low. After this maybe in 4-8 weeks, I want to focus attention to muscles. I'm looking at tren, primo and eq. Primo I feel like might not give me the growth and size I'm looking for. Most so if I wanted to cut for a show. Damn it I have like 3 vials of it too...

What do you guys recommend?

I’m going to be honest—based on your question, it doesn’t sound like you have much experience with cycles yet. Compounds like tren, primo, and EQ shouldn’t even be on your radar right now.
The first thing you need to do is research, research, research. After that, focus on building a solid training plan. Figure out how many days per week you can realistically dedicate to lifting. Are you running a bro split, a 4-day split (chest/triceps, back/biceps, abs/shoulders, legs), or a push/pull/legs routine? Whatever you choose, it needs to be consistent.
Next is your diet. You need a structured diet that supports your goals, and more importantly, you need to stick to it.
As for your first cycle, keep it simple. A basic testosterone-only cycle in the 300–500 mg/week range is more than enough. Have an AI on hand in case estrogen gets out of control. For post-cycle support, you’ll want things like hCG, enclomiphene, and possibly proviron—but the exact doses and timing are something you need to research yourself.
There are plenty of detailed threads out there covering beginner cycles and proper PCT protocols. Take the time to understand them.
Run a couple of test-only cycles first. Once you actually understand how your body responds, then you can start looking into adding other compounds. When you do, research each one thoroughly—what it’s used for, what it does, potential side effects, when to run it, and whether it’s more for aesthetics or growth.
At that point, you’ll be able to make informed decisions instead of just stacking random compounds and hoping for the best.

I’ll respond more but technically can’t I be on trt forever? So no need for a pct?

You can technically stay on TRT for life, as long as your dose keeps your testosterone levels in a normal range and the rest of your bloodwork stays healthy. That said, depending on your age and whether you actually need TRT, it’s worth thinking carefully about the long-term commitment.
Your profile says you were born in 1994—so if you live into your 70s or 80s, that’s potentially 40–50 years of relying on exogenous testosterone. That’s a serious commitment to make in your 30s, especially if the alternative is simply running a proper PCT and trying to recover naturally.
If you genuinely need TRT, that’s a different story—then a blast-and-cruise approach can make sense, as long as you’re responsible and keep all your health markers in check during your cruise phases.
