+ 3 My Meal Prep + Daily Leg Day Routine

As bodybuilders, most of us know that nutrition and training are just as important, if not more important, than the compounds we use. The pic isn’t the greatest, but this is a week of meal prep: lean sirloin with potatoes, baked chicken breast with broccoli, plus some wild-foraged mushrooms, mixed veggies, and rice on the side. Simple, anabolic, and effective.

I’m also sharing my leg day routine to show some of the work being put in. Compounds are just the cherry on top, Eroids helps bring it all together. You guys are awesome.

Leg Day Routine
1 leg curl movement
1 squat or leg press movement
1 leg extension
1 RDL
Hip adductor and abductor superset
1 straight-leg calf raise
Finish with weighted sissy squats

Classic setup: 3 sets of 12 reps, all taken to failure.

.maybe add some front squats! When I was a young pup front squats were the go to exercise for legs.

Thanks! The leg routine is actually a slightly modified version of Tom Platz’s workout. He’s arguably one of the undisputed head honchos of leg training, as most of us probably know.
