Getting that last bit of shredded

Im cruising right now and using 2mg a week of reta, guessing im about 12% right now, good abs, obliques, ribs, the lines around the hips.
However I'm curious what could tip the scales and send me sub 10% without being entirely miserable in the process, and what's cost effective.
(Yes, yes, diet and cardio are king i know)
I have been shy to experiment with hgh because of the cost, but it is tempting.
Cardarine is a cheap way to make cardio more pleasant, that could be a good angle.
A short run of injectable winstrol deeper into the cut is alluring, but its kind of toxic for what ya get.
So ultimately, is the cheapest and safest option in terms of drugs just to bump up the reta a bit to 3-4mgs a week split dose?
Are there other more effective ways to push that last bit of cut without it absolutely sucking? (I have never gone sub 10%, but im determined to do it before I lean into a long slow bulk)

If you’re honestly ~12% with abs/obliques already, the last push isn’t about some magic compound. It’s just friction.

I’m usually ~7–8% in the summer and 10–12% the rest of the year, and every single year the difference comes down to:

cardio consistency
tight macros
salt and water discipline
not letting stress/sleep go to hell

That’s it.

GH can help tolerate being leaner (skin, recovery, sleep), but it’s slow and expensive. It’s not a finisher. Cardio aids just make cardio less annoying, useful if they help you do more, but they don’t change the equation.

Short orals can make you look harder/drier, but that’s cosmetic and temporary. They don’t solve why that last layer hangs on.

The truth is sub-10 isn’t hard because fat loss stalls, it’s hard because cortisol, fatigue, and water start fighting you. When food timing, sodium, and sleep are locked, that last bit comes off. When they aren’t, no drug fixes it, but some can get you there with varying costs (lipids, BP, etc)

If you can live comfortably at 10–12%, you already know how to get lean. The last couple percent is just precision and patience. The last 5lbs takes three times as long as the first 25.

Well thought out response for sure.
Foods the hardest thing for me, I have a good balance right now where I eat the same meals in the same volume for the first 2 meals and a snack everyday, leaving me 800ish calories for dinner, then I can just have whatever my girlfriend wants and not be that ocd person who needs to have their rice and chicken instead of joining their partner or family for dinner
I know I could probably get more shredded faster giving up dinner but unless im going to compete it aint worth it!
How do you balance that stuff?
Is there a diet plan or tips that get you to that crazy shredded condition for summer?

true 10-12% mentality - I live that way 8 months of the year, 900 free calories a night for dinner and a beer or wine - and turn "ocd" so I look shredded at the beach and on the boat.

Why do you want to get so lean? Get to lean and you’ll fuck up your metabolism!

More Reta could work and GH as well.

Sure man, go for it. Just know that getting that lean can fuck with keeping weight off long term.

Heard Tesofensine is a real effective oral for weight control/management.

You kind of said in it your question. If you have access to a bit more Reta, you will see sole results. I know some people have had a bit of success with stacking trizepitide along with Reta, but since you’re already lean, I’m curious if it would still help.

Is there a reason to get any more shredded than you already are? Are you competing?

Ive just never gotten absolutely peeled and when I told someone I wanted to do it, they basically told me I couldnt do it. So I said fuck that! Haha
I've always wanted to get freaky lean for myself as well.
I was looking at stacking tirz with reta, I wonder why people dont stack with sema since its so cheap now?

It's going to be a little pricey but you will look good. Get on HGH 3iu a day for a couple months with your Reta and your fat will be gone.

There's a spot here domestically (in canada) doing 450 iu for 450 dollars in a sale! I just dont want to commit to that much hgh incase I react poorly, I didn't react well to mk677 it jacked my prolactin up high even on p5p
