+ 1 Blood Pressure

ad

Morning everyone. Hope all is well.

Was wanting to make a quick post to ask everyone what they run these days to help with their BP. I personally take 5mg Nebivolol and 20mg Lisinopril, split half at in the morning and half at night. Usually my BP sits around 125-130/75-80, but it has started creeping up. Today it read 143/75. It’s always my systolic that creeps up. I’ve added taurine into my stack to help, but that does take a bit to work and I’m sure on cycle the effects are less substantial than they are when not. Just happened to have some on hand.

Any recommendations? Appreciate them all, thank you!

I only run test and HGH. Keeps the blood pressure problems away. I never had BP problems.

This is actually super helpful- bookmarking this. I wound up in the ER last year, was 199/140…I also had a TIA (I think that’s the acronym) where I lost feeling in half my body for a week. Fast forward less than 6 months and I’m down 40 lbs, but my BP still isn’t where I’d like it. Insurance isnt super helpful either due to cost and “in network” bs. While I DO follow up with my primary, any otc way to help is something I’m willing to try.

Go to your primary care physician. High blood pressure is nothing to mess with. Heart issues, kidney disease. Their are alot of good blood pressure meds that your physician could prescribe.

Been running 4ius of hgh 400mg tren an 400mg of test weekly an blood pressure has been 170/110 lately HR 110 average been getting a little worried

irongame427's picture

That is very bad, especially the 110 resting HR. You have tachycardia. Your heart is struggling to pump enough which is why it’s pumping so fast. But the 170/110 BP is terrible too. Doctors consider this a hypertensive crisis. At 180 you’re supposed to go to the emergency room. You’re causing significant damage to your cardiovascular system and kidneys. And at significant risk for heart attack and stroke. And for what?

I would not continue on with this cycle and would stop immediately. BP isn’t the kind of thing you can quickly get under control if you saw your doctor and got starts on meds tomorrow. If by some miracle what they prescribed was sufficient to get your BP down the meds typically take a month or more to really start working and get things under control. But frequently it’s a couple month process of upping doses, adding new drugs and stopping others etc. and you should not spend the next 4 months with 170/110 BP and a 110 HR.

What was your BP before this cycle?

Racekid's picture

I had perfect blood P im off the tren havent checked it in a few days gonna check it later

irongame427's picture

Tren isn’t for you then man. Lots of other compounds to use that may agree with you better. Unless you’re competing, tren is unnecessarily harsh imo.

Racekid's picture

Just a junkie been running it for 15 weeks straight no breaks it just happened right at the 13 week or so out of the blue never had any issues prob just been on it to long

Roastbeast86's picture

Bro drop the gear and get bp in check.

LieutenantDan's picture

please take everyones advice dont be a retard

Growtherino's picture

You are killing yourself. For what? For nothing. This is the dumbest thread I’ve ever read. Drop the Tren, cut the test dose to bare minimum, and go to the doctor. Wait much longer and you’ll be taken to the doctor unconscious.

Aggieguy's picture

Dude that is not good at all, it's very worrisome that is ER visit time that high. If you have cialis take it to knock that down but best to end that Tren cycle.

I'm gonna be straight with you the two comments you've left on this page are stupid..

You suggest losartan when telmi is clearly a better choice and then you spew out ohh I've heard of ppl doing tren higher then test dude wtf...? Please don't give anymore unsolicited advice and do some more research..

Not cool man this guy needs to stop the anabolics all together and go to an endocrinologist and or cardiologist I'm sure he's gonna get a referral which everyone he chooses to see the other.

It ain't like that at all bro but provide with information that is spread through the BB and applies to our sport top coach's even suggest the opposite of what you said. Granted if he went to the doc for bp that's a different story but for prevention and not seeing a doc telmi wins man. Doctors don't go to school to apply medicine for people bodybuilding. Go to a doc and tell him you run tren he should say that's not good stop immediately lol.

Get off that tren.

Racekid's picture

Been running 2cc a week on my 4th bottle now its about gone maybe 2 weeks left

Growtherino's picture

20 weeks 400 Tren? How’s your blood work? Let me guess, no blood work done. You kill yourself to weigh 170 18% BF and look like someone who just started working out? I pray you are just a troll.

Racekid's picture

Im dropping tren today was pin day so i just gonna do trt dose of test an run the hgh an see what the next week looks like on BP if not better ill go get checked up. Thanks for concerns

iamorme's picture

You need to pull back and get yourself checked out immediately. You’re approaching hypertensive crisis. No cycle is worth your life. Are you on any meds, hydrating, or doing cardio? That is worrying brother and we don’t want to see you hurt for the gains

Racekid's picture

No meds just bunch Tylenol a day because I have such bad headaches I recently lowered my test to 1cc weekly an gonna finish out this bottle of tren an just run trt dose an the hgh never been to a Dr in my life

billjackson5000's picture

Headaches, chronically high bp, cerebral edema, hemorrhagic stroke. I suggest looking that up, thunder clap headache incoming.

It's your body, think those 2 weeks are really gonna get you that much more lean tissue?

iamorme's picture

I’m gonna be blunt because this is serious. 170/110 with headaches and a resting HR over 100 is not something you “finish a bottle” through. Tren + uncontrolled BP + no medical care + symptoms is a dangerous combo. You need to stop the tren and see a doctor. No gains are worth this.

BillyBear's picture

This WILL kill you!

You’re life to live, but it’ll be a very short one if you don’t make immediate changes.

Yea i couldnt agree more the wife throwing fits about it. Just been stubborn dont like Dr hoping It fixes itself lol I tried some friends BP meds an it did nothing

Not trying to beat a dead horse, but @iamorme is right. Sounds like you already know this. Just chiming in to bring up the seriousness of it

iamorme's picture

BP meds don’t work instantly and different classes exist for different causes. Trying someone else’s meds while still on tren doesn’t tell you anything. Your wife is right. Stop the tren and see a doctor. These numbers don’t resolve on their own.

Racekid's picture

Gonna try to hold out 2 more weeks I just hate dr hell im only 34 I shouldn't need BP yet

Gotem69's picture

Lmfao anyone that's SMART and on peds will use bp meds mainly telmi to mitigate high bp symptoms even if it's 130/75 like I said if the individual is smart...

Owes a Review × 1
iamorme's picture

Thinking 34 is too young for hypertension, especially on such high amounts of gear, is incredibly reckless. You are a ticking time bomb, and it is a matter of when, not if, a major cardiac event occurs.

You will not gain anything from 2 more weeks that will be worth it to be dead.

Aggieguy's picture

You do you man but if this is real you are talking to someone who has as good medical background and you need to seek medical attention before a vein blows in your brain and you have a stroke.

Sounds legit. It’ll work itself out… Hell you're only 34. Probably just bad batteries in the monitor

I know a guy who had a heart attack at 25 using gear. There is no such thing as to young to be hurt by drug use. A bunch of acetaminophen on tren? I don't do tren so I never looked into it but it's tren bad for your liver? Chronic elevated BP isn't tren also bad for your kidneys? Listen to your wife she seems smart.

BillyBear's picture

Hate to sound like a dick, but that’s the dumbest response I’ve heard. This has already probably damaged your heart and kidneys

Squatch710's picture

You can buy new ones of those though. For example the heart is like 1.7-2 million plus 30-40 thousand yearly upkeep. Blasting gear pays bank so this is super affordable.

Codeman253's picture

80 mg telmisartan works great for me, 0 side effects. It did take at least a month to start working tho. Also do 10 mg Cialis and a bunch of vitamins like taurine, citrus bergamot, Hawthorne berry, nattokinase. I also eat sardines or herring daily for the omega 3

Watch your e2, sodium, diet, water retention, bf%, all contribute to higher bp.

The amount of people I see daily with systolic over 135-140+ is very regular to be honest, we don't really bat an eye unless your running 170-190 systolic 100 diastolic. You're getting into possible stroke territory if chronically left untreated, but there's a lot of factors there. Large population of the US are on HTN meds, they work well and they're safe

Yes man. I start panicking above 150/75 or so. I dunno how people can leave it that high
