+ 1 Recommend female dosing for GH?? - From females…

ad

Looking for direct feedback from women using GH or those that have 1st hand information from a female running GH. Trying to setup a dose and schedule for my wife in her mid-50s running GH only, no other gear involved. 140 pound, 20% body fat. Following a powerlifting program 4 days a week and running in off days. Looking for recovery, sleep and any added gains she can get. Need to keep the side effects at basically zero and run it long term. Will be running generic from my supply which has been verified by Janoshik. What kind of dosing and schedule is recommended.

Thanks!!

For context, here’s what I’ve personally experienced and observed with GH.

Men (personal experience + close circle):
1–2 IU: General health, recovery, sleep, anti-aging benefits
3–4 IU: Noticeable fat loss; more flexibility with cheat meals without weight gain
5–6 IU: Muscle growth and performance seem to accelerate

For me, side effects started when titrating from 4 to 5 IU/day and didn’t fully resolve even after 30 days, so I stay around 3 to 3.5 IU long-term.

Women (observed via girlfriend/wife + close friends):
1 IU: Health, sleep, skin, recovery
2 IU: Fat loss and better body composition
3 to 4 IU: Performance and lean mass gains become more noticeable

One close female friend (retired pro CrossFit athlete) ran 4–5 IU/day at her peak, but that’s clearly individual and not a baseline recommendation.

My general philosophy with GH:
The only reliable way to dial it in is slow titration:
Start at 1 or 2 IU for 30 days
Increase by 1 IU every 30 days
Stop increasing once sides don’t fully resolve within 30 days
Drop back to the last side-free dose and hold long-term

My experience mirrors yours. 3.5u is as high as I can go. My blood pressure gets elevated at 4u and anything above 3.5u I have a generally shitty mood. I keep things around 3-3.3u.

Thanks for the break down. Will start her off at 1u and see if she can come up some after 30 days.

Same here bro. BP and mood at 4+ was elevated and generally not friendly and irritated for no reason. Plus knee and wrist pain that didn’t go away. 3-3.5 happy camper and I can have a cheat meal more than once a week!

Start at 1iu a day. After a month, try 2iu and watch for sides.
Some people bump up their GH faster but the faster you increase the dose the more likely sides will pop up.

Happened to me. I couldn’t handle sides and only bumped it up 2 iu more than what I was taking for a total of 4iu

For a lower injection frequency can a 2u EOD be done with the same effect/sides? I don't see her increasing the dose over 1u a day all that much and I'm wondering if that gives her much increase over baseline with use a small daily dose. Not familiar with female levels all that much. I know for me 2u per day is well above my IGF1 baseline, I never got an IGF1 pulled at 1u per day because I went directly to 2u at the start.

For whatever it’s worth, the protocol for serostim from the manufacturer is 18ius ed. If sides are too much they don’t recommend lowering the dose, they say to go to 18ius EOD. So there’s no real issues with EOD dosing if you can’t tolerate ED. You’ll still get benefits and the negatives will likely be less.

No, GH doesn’t have the same half-life and should have daily injections.
2iu starting dose for men
1iu starting dose for women

Believe I read full saturation is at like 4 hrs post injection.

Thanks for the confirmation.

You’re welcome!

Your wife should feel a little better, look better, and some faster recovery. However, GH won’t be like other compounds and you shouldn’t expect muscle/strength (at least in my experience and research).
