+ 1 Lowered dose, Hematocrit up and hands tingling. Why and what to do?
ad
My first 10-12 weeks (began in July) I was at 450 T, went through a clinic and did 120mg weekly in 2 shots a week. No side effects. Test went to 912. All other levels fine.
Switched to ugl (crap brand and bad vendor, learned now). Same dose. 10-12 weeks later total T is 820. Free is 244. Shbg is 19. Hematocrit is 52 and E is 56. Both hands last 2 weeks have felt more full and numb in the morning.
I donated blood yesterday.
Anything else I can do or watch for?
Oh, started taking grapefruit seed extract and bromelain.
More water is a sure thing and need to up the cardio too.
I’m 44, 5’6. 170. Need to drop 5-10% body fat too.

It gets me every time. People think that carrying a high HCT puts them in the stroke danger zone. This is simply not true. You have to take into consideration your total platelet count also. If it's a normal range there is very little to worry about. There are high altitude places in the world where the population carries 55-60 HCT normally.
When your total platelet count is above range of 450,000. Then you have a problem carrying abnormally high HCT. This can lead to heart failure or stroke due to clogs or your heart trying to pump ketchup.
What is the average color of your pee? You could just be dehydrated. Some really good advice below and if you really want to keep it in check you can incorporate a low dose ARB. In which in my opinion everyone should be taking regardless if running anything more than a trt dose.
Reversing heart failure is not fun, luckily there are newer cutting edge peptides on the market which can help tremendously. Just very expensive..
What is an ARB?
I’d prefer not to take anything else honestly other than TRT.
I could do 3 doses a week I guess. Be very small doses. It might allow me to up the dose maybe.
I am on .75mg but think it’s crap. It was my wife’s left over Hers prescribed Sema. Have 2 months supply.
I plan to start Reta and BPC/157. Just debating what China source to go with.
During trt I run prop. It's one tick on a slin pin subQ ED. So 70mg p/w. I do it on the shitter every morning into belly fat. You might need to find the right brand that will give zero reaction. When I blast well that's a different story
Low dose arb. Any of the "sartan" class drugs (blood pressure) losartan, telmisartan, valsartan etc.. my numbers now stay in a rock solid zone. On cycle or not. 46-48. Before that I had years of trouble managing it. It's tiring to drink loads of water everyday as a priority.
Bpc. Love it. Crazy how the oral salt arginite versions have come a long way, just expensive.
Bromelain. Great stuff.
I am decently well versed in neuropathy. I think it is a wise choice to incorporate bpc as to help regenerate the myelin sheath. Although there is no point to chasing your tail. I would look into root causes and pick up a glucose monitor, learn how and when to use one in cases of neuropathy. It could also simply be a vitamin B12 deficiency. Look into it. Waking up with numb fingers and hands I know all about it.
I deal with chronic CTS but it's from GH use, holding extra water along with blood sugar fluctuations.
It's s good to seek advice

Daily injections. 2x a week my hct was 58%. Switched to daily, no other changes, came down to 53%.
Looks like someone has done their homework. Combine that technique with dramatically increasing water intake along with increased cardio, also toss in some natto/lumbrakinase as mentioned below and your on the right track. Remember if taking these enzymes to not take aspirin, most bottles state that.
More water and consistent cardio M-F did wonders for my hematocrit. Mine shot up to almost 53 on TRT and more water and I think most importantly cardio brought it down to 46 over 3ish months. I try to do 20-25 mins fasted in the morning 5 days a week. Don’t think it necessarily has to be fasted but if I don’t do it then I’m not gonna. Fasted helps more with fat loss if you’re cutting and helps me stay leaner when bulking. Not to mention the cardiovascular benefits of it.
Then I added 100mg of NPP ew for my joints and 6 weeks after my HCT was back up to 50. Which is fine, as long as it doesn’t go an higher. My RBCs were a little high as well. Nandrolone is prescribed for anemia so it’s not surprising. I had been a little lazy with cardio during that time only averaging like 3 days a week so Ive gone back up to 5 and hopefully those numbers will go back down.
There’s some supplements that can help with these issues. Nattokinase seem to be the best one, and naringin is another that can help . I haven’t taken either. This is a new issue for me. But if on my next set of labs in January my HCT is higher or my RBCs are still elevated I’ll probably add both.
Thats your whole issue man, get the hell off of gear and get your diet in check. With that much test and you being that fat you are retaining water, have you noticed indentions around your ankles from socks or such on your skin and it leaves a mark? You are super short and fat. I am being straight to the point, you need to lose the weight first, look into some weight loss supplements like GLP1's
He's not on gear he's on 120 mg a week lol. Op you need to lose weight and fix your diet, focus on hydration and low sodium. Your hematocrit is not even that high I wouldn't be worried you were most likely dehydrated.
Good advice for him man, I got this dude confused with another post so he is just doing TRT either way a GLP1 would help him. His hematocrit is actually normal for being on Test like 52 isn't even that high. I would not be concerned until it was 56 or higher.
