I don't see your username on our site which means you are likely iron, so DM me with your email addy and we'll get that updated
Go to your account page on his website. There’s a box above where it says account, that tells you what your status is currently. If you meet all of the requirements to become a steel member, then you can apply for an upgrade. Obviously, if you don’t meet the requirements, you can’t be upgraded.

For the dumbasses like myself, how do we upgrade to steel? I’m sure I’ve spent enough with you guys, a couple thousand at least but I’ve never requested a specific tier or anything.
