+ 9 Ever wonder how much TNE effects your test levels? Here's what i found.

I've been using TNE PWO fairly regularly for a while now. While it's easy to notice the difference in how you feel and the extra strength and stamina you get from using it i didn't see anything showing that someone actually got the blood work to see what was going on inside. The first pic is my test levels 5-6 weeks into doing 600 test c, 200 npp, 300 eq. The second test is the same for all of the previously mentioned compounds as well as 90 mg of Unc TNE taken 45 minutes prior to the blood draw.

Over double the total test and almost triple the free test after adding the TNE. Even without the test results i'd still have continued to use the stuff. It really does give you a ton more aggression, drive and strength compared to not using it. But i was curious enough to get the testing done so i figured i'd share my results.

I love TNE vs long esters. I use it for 4 or 5 week blasts. Ive used it 2 weeks at a time, and gone back to my regular trt dose/ester. I love the quick gains. I dont mind pinning. Ill pin 3x a day. 15- 20mg 3x a day is all I ever really need. Instead of having to wait weeks for it to kick in... if my food intake is on point, ill wake up the day after my first dose/workout and notice myself gaining. See that scale moving every day.

I only pin 20mg at a time, every 8 hrs. I rotate and never have an issue with PIP.

I've spitballed the idea of what kind of extra gains could someone on trt get from doing tne PWO for a couple months before. I'm not sure how you could even nail the results down though. There's definitely going to be something extra vs just the trt. The added drive in the gym alone would push you further.

I'd be really curious to see some blood work on your tne cycle. All the extra pinning aside id think that would be hell trying to get your e2 in check if that's something that is an issue for you. Does 20mg 3x's put you above the reference range for total and free t? Obviously 90mg on one shot puts me way above the range here.

Im not the poster boy for proper cycling. Ive got a plethora of knowledge of what not to do... I dont think ive ever gotten labs mid cycle so I couldn't say. Ive never had a problem with gyno. I can tolerate pretty high doses of test 1000mg a week but I keep my doses low just bc im older now.

And when ive given labs... its after a blast... after a month or more. I try to give myself at least month of clearing out everything as to not alert my Dr to me taking anything extra. Im sure 90mg one shot would put me above range, they'd notice. If I went and got labs even a week or two after, they'd probably be able to tell by something... youre hemadocrit levels or something.

Its not really worth it... I do this bc... im a fuck up. Ive been to rehab alot in my life, jail a little. Im doing this so that if I ever get arrested, or have to go back to rehab, or if im traveling, I can have my script.

This is solid info, brother. A lot of guys treat TNE like a “pre-workout boost,” but it’s really an acute androgen hammer. No ester, no waiting … it spikes serum levels and AR activation right now.

Your labs show exactly that:
Not just “feel,” but real measurable hormonal impact.

I’ve always said TNE isn’t just for pumps or aggression … it’s a tool for those sessions where intent matters. Heavy compound days, PR pushes, or when you need to show up with all gas and no brakes.

I've tried a few different brands so far and haven't experienced PIP with any of them. I've never tried suspension though. That's the steroid in sterile water instead of oil. That stuff is supposed to have some pretty nasty PIP.

I wouldn't say nasty. The test without the TNE i was sitting about 32 ng/dl. With the TNE i was at 50. So it did jump up but it wasn't crazy. My understanding is it goes in and out so quickly that it doesn't really have any longer term negative effects. But i don't have any actual literature to back that up.

I think its important to stress the fact that this is just whilst the TNE is active in the bloodstream, being 3 to 4 hours after injection - this isn't for a full day or anything more than that. It would have been interesting if you had done the TNE shot ED or EOD for 7 days and then done the blood test on the 8th day to see how it affected your oestrogen etc.

It did bump it up a bit. Without the TNE my e2 was 32. With it was 50. I had wondered what kind of progress one could make by simply adding tne pwo on top of trt. I would assume something as it certainly allows you to push harder in the gym. I('m sure doing that for 12 weeks probably wouldn't give the same results as a legit 12 week cycle though. Wouldn't you need you do multiple daily shots of TNE to actually get it to saturate properly? It's supposed to be in and our of your system in less than 24 hours or so.

This was just an idea that i was discussing with someone else. I couldn't find anything posted here so i got the test myself just to satisfy my curiosity. I'm never going to be the guy who comes up with some new revolutionary cycle design or a new training style that gets anyone jacked in 6 months. But i can get some hard data to share with those who might be able to do those things for us.

Not that I would ever dare do it - but the proper way to do a Test Suspension or TNE cycle is 3 shots per day of 100mg spaced evenly apart, So I guess you would be looking at an injection every 8 hours LOL I have seen guys do it on here, and supposedly it does work pretty damn well because its 300mg of pure testosterone every day for say 8 weeks - But my guess is it goes pretty damn quickly afterwards any muscle you build. A lot of powerlifters utilise protocols like this with TNE leading up to a drug tested competition alongside Anadrol ED - the theory is stopping about 3 days before the drug test or so gets round it or at least it use to. I do know testing is a lot more advanced now though so whether that would still work who knows lol I can imagine 3 shots per day gets pretty tedious pretty quickly.

There’s an interview with Greg Valentino (I like the guy) where he’s talking about that stuff. Said the amount of time that stuff needs is ridiculous. If used correctly we’re talking significant physical changes in a couple of weeks, that’s crazy

So I am gong to tag along on the thread. I was going to post a question about TNE vs Prop. I get up at 4:30am for work every day. Usually by 11pm or 12pm I am ready to nod out and lose all energy.

I was thinking of taking small dose of Prop in the morning thinking the half life would kick in around my down time. or If I smuggle some TNE in to work I could possibly do some injections there to give me a boost in energy.

Thoughts?

This is exactly how I use Test prop - most Test prop nowadays comes into play 10 to 13 hours post injection, so make sure you inject early morning or before bedtime depending on how your timetable works out. Its best to of had the Prop hit 2 hours before you train.

SO: Inject at midnight ----10 hours later prop loses ester and Test hits at 10am, then workout at 12pm.

I know from experience how long all the different Labs take to cleave the ester, send me a PM with which you use and I'll let you know how long it takes.

I came across someone saying that test ace is the best of both tne and test prop. Its supposed to hit fast almost like tne but actually stay in your system for a full day. Test A isn't a common thing to find though. Titans just sent out an email about a new ester combo they are offering. From test p to test u and like 5-6 others esters in between. Maybe that would be worth a go to try and get the longer energy kick.

Did you mean to say, 11 am? If you’re up at 4:30 am, and up until 11 pm/midnight, you’re just not getting enough sleep for muscle recovery (let alone your overall health). I’d say just lean into it and go to sleep…

If you meant 11 am / noon, I’d probably try some mitochondria peptides like SLU, SS31, MOTSc, which I’m playing with and wow, I’m loving the alertness and focus.

And I've been taking mitochondria peptides. honestly get nothing from it. if I am getting anything it's not noticeable cause I'm passed out on my desk like Homer Simpson with donut crumbs and drool around me

NAD+ might help, some notice a boost in energy.
SLU works for me but Mots-c just makes me sore.
I’ve heard methylene blue can also bump energy. I haven’t tried it and know you need to watch dosing with it.

Methylene blue did absolutely nothing for me other than turn my pee greenish/blue. I started taking it for the supposed energy increase and improved cognitive performance. But didn't notice any of that across several different brands and dosing. I'm giving up once this current bottle is gone. It's not helping but damn it i paid for the thing. I'm going to use it.

I do TNE by itself once per week. I also to a TNE/Drol mix once a week.
