+ 6 K4L Supreme G igf #'s

ad

Here are my most recent #'s with K4L's gh. This was doing 5 iu/day for roughly 1 month. 2.5 iu first thing AM and right before bed PM. I was in a calorie surplus of roughly 500 calories/day. I was running 350 test p/mast p/npp at the same time. I put on about 15 lbs in 12 weeks and my lifts all went up 20% or so.

I know the numbers aren't particularly impressive. But that's just how my body responds. I've never broken the upper end of the normal range even at 7 iu/day. I do get better sleep and faster recovery from the gym which are what i'm really looking for. Especially the sleep quality. K4L is always great to deal with. No bs, fast shipping and great pricing. They're my go to for GH and peptides and have been for a while now.

Thanks for the info...
Just curious you said your lifts go up 20% that's from the hgh you believe?
If so how long after starting the hgh do you notice these increases?
And lastly do you cycle the hgh, if you do what are the lengths or just stay on year round?
Thank you

No the strength was def form the oils. But within a week of starting gh the first time i was noticing better sleep and faster recovery. Since i started taking it about 1.5 years ago i've stayed on but i vary the dose. I'll drop it down to around 2-3 iu when i'm just on trt and bump it up to 5-8 iu when i'm cycling.

Hey, I also posted bloods recently with IGF in the 600s @ 6IU/day from the same batch as you. Only difference I can see is cycle design overall (I ran Test/EQ) and administration timing. I was originally doing 3IU AM and 3IU PM but shifted a quarter of the way through my cycle to all 6IU at night before bed.

I had my blood drawn fasted at 9am the morning following a dose, ~10-11 hours AFTER my PM injection and my levels were still elevated beyond 600. There is something to be said about keeping levels "elevated" all day through AM/PM dosing but @ 5IU total per day I personally don't think you need to split it up.

2.5IU is considered by many to be merely a "replacement" dose, meaning it doesn't have as much potential to put your IGF above range.

Thanks for posting!

I’m in the camp of before bed dose almost no matter how big. Splitting you’re just increasing risk of diabetes and messing with resistance. I’ve gotten better numbers and feel better this way too.

Did you go straight from doing split to all in 1 shot?

triptychs's picture

Personally, when I made the change, I shifted over 0.5-1 IU from AM to PM per week. So it went like this:

3 IU am / 3 IU pm -> 2.5 am / 3.5 pm (week 1)
2.5 am / 3.5 pm -> 2 am / 4 pm (week 2)
2am / 4 pm -> 0 am / 5IU pm (week 3)
5IU pm -> 6IU pm (week 4)

Something like that, just to make sure I was adjusting well.

Not a bad idea. I think ill start that tomorrow since i've already done my morning shot today. Thanks for the tip.

Do you take your glucose regularly? I’d definitely recommend pricking your finger or getting a reader if going to be using GH a lot.

I always do it fasted upon waking and write down my baseline. It’s interesting to watch. When having carb heavy meals sometimes like to too. I know quite a few spring for the Bluetooth connected and skip the pricks, but I’ve never had an issue. Just do the side of different fingers so no nerve damage occurs. Barely even feels like a flick and stops bleeding instantly.

I don't check it myself. Every time i donate blood or get blood work it gets checked and it's never been out of range. Might not be a bad idea though.

Have tried split. Have always believed all at night is better though, and my glucose levels correlate. Haven’t split in a long time.

I'm just wondering if you noticed sides when you switched?

smurfdude1234567's picture

Nope. I don’t get a tons of bad sides from GH even in higher doses thankfully. I occasionally get some water retention based on diet, and when I was split dosing my blood glucose was much more unstable even with a similar diet.

I do feel better on the nightly dose so I’d say the positive sides like energy, sleep, and recovery are exponentially better with a single before bed shot. I assume that this is because of the better IGF numbers.

Worst i ever got was the weird feeling forearms/hands at night. I've got some experience with restless leg syndrome which feels really similar. An icy hot patch on each limb or, even better, medical gauze wrapped tightly around the offending limb does a good job covering up the uncomfortable feeling. I haven't dealt with that crap in a while now. I really don't want to if i try and switch it up.

Can confirm. My blood glucose starts creeping up splitting 3IU/3IU AM/PM. No change at 6IU just PM.

Also with bloods. I ran 5IU split AM/PM and my IGF was always the equivalent to the split dose not the summation (so roughly 250). Then I tried just the 5IU all at once at night and got ~450 on my IGF.

Funny how that works…in my body at least.

Exact same camp here brother man, and that’s why even up to 10iu I do a nightly dose. Have always gotten better results and more stable blood glucose.

I’ve been really impressed by the addition of SLU the past couple months. I have been staying stable even super low carb. Waking is always a better number. No stim feeling like clen/yohi/ECA/t3/etc. just a little more energy barely even notice really.

I’m really interested in SLU. I’m gonna finally pull the trigger and get some here in the next couple weeks now that I’m not gaining and focusing on strength and recomp.

2.6 of supreme f put me right around 120 for my igf score. I'm just not a good responder. You can look through some of my older scores and see i've never posted up impressive numbers even when others have on the same batch. I get some positive results and it's cheap enough these days that i'm ok with the cost to benefit ratio.

2.6IU will keep you at natty range

PrimoPantani's picture

I’m running 6iu a day in one dose as well, with igf-1 right around 600. I don’t know if I’m just a good responder or if not splitting the dose really matters that much. Either way, I haven’t yet felt the need to split my dose. I got a little water retention when I bumped from 5iu to 6iu but it went away. Is there a reason to split besides mitigating sides?
