Happy day to my brothers and sisters. Go through hell with anyone and it is a life long memory. Thank you too all branches and all military, not just the US. Met some really badass/hilarious soldiers from other realms of the world as well.
For instance, me and my buddy were having some chow with this Austrailian officer and he says, "you know the difference between Australians and Americans ?" To which I replied, hell i dont know brother, what is it? He says, "we already know we're the scum of the earth" . What a lad. Real wisdom there. To the best and worst times of my life, embrace the suck and dont forget to BE A GOOD DUDE!

Ranger3252I saw an AC-130 take out a weighted down trash truck barreling toward our FOB. It was full of explosives. It was a thing of beauty. All you heard was side-firing cannons, howitzers, and machine guns. That trash truck was obliterated. I’m getting hard thinking about it right now.

We had a show of force a few times fly over our compound. That shit was dope as fuck, shakes the damn ground. Also, some choppers would do some test firing nearby often. All you heqr is braaaaaaap for about 3 second burst, there went a 1000 rounds lol. Can only imagine what it would be like taking fire from a fucking mini gun or whatever the hell they were letting loose.
