Current cycle vitamin stack.
History of Gout, kidney stones & shingles. Since my journey into being more healthy i have not had any flare ups. Basicly had all that shit happen when my son was diagnosed with type 1 at a young age. Likely played a role.
P-5-P (saving for a low dose tren run)
Fish oil
Ginger root (wonderful shits)
Tudca with milk thisle
Tart cherry (gout)
Acetyl L-Carnitine
Magnesium taurate
Zinc
"Also have vitamin c and Hawthorne berry i forgot to add in"
Anything i should research on adding to my stack?
Thanks for any help!

If you want to add some supplements that I have had great results with i'll list some additional ones to look into.
Blood Pressure - CoQ10 (Ubiquinol), Flaxseed Oil, Krill Oil, Hawthorn Berry big help, L-Arginine, Beetroot Powder, Vitamin D3, Olive Leaf Extract, Cinnamon, Ashwagandha, Taurine 2000mg stopped me from getting cramps in my legs that almost make me cry and lower back pumps running orals, Resveratrol, Zinc/copper combo instead of just Zinc by iteself.
Cholesterol - A stand alone high dose fish oil that is just EPA/DHA. The stacks that have all 3 Omegas in 1 pill make it easy, Turmeric Curcumin, Citrus Bergamot, Red Yeast Rice, Grape Seed Extract, Plant Sterols/Stanols, Green Tea Extract (EGCG), Berberine, Artichoke Leaf Extract.
SHGB - Boron, Glycine, Stinging Nettle Root, Inositol, Tongkat Ali
Liver- You've got TUDCA but you are missing NAC it helps greatly, Ox bile, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Artichoke Extract, Schisandra Berry, Curcumin, Vitamin E, Selenium, Zinc, L-Glutamine.
Blood Sugar to help control insulin spikes after meals - Berberine 1500mg 20min before high carb meal and some physiclal activity after each meal like a 20min walk or choring around the house or bike ride.
Digestion - Probiotics, Digestive Enzymes before a high fat meal with Ox bile especially during Orals to prevent the Oral from blunting appetite, L-Glutamine, Apple Cider Vinegar, Peppermint Oil,Turmeric, Papaya Extract, Marshmallow Root.
Sleep if you arent able to get 7-8 hours and deep rem versus short bursted rem. Primrose Oil 2000mg, Hair/Skin/Nails/Biotin supplement, to get that glow, GH minimum 4iu 4 hours before bed if you can run it, 5mg extended-release Melatonin, Vitamin D 5000iu with Vitamin K, Kava 500mg, Valerian Root 1500mg, low dose GABA 250mg, Magnesium Glycinate 400mg, Magnesium L-Threonate 2,000 mg.
Cortisol Control, High Cortisol causes stress, digestion issues, increases muscle breakdown, and impairs recovery - Rhodiola Rosea is fantastic, L-Theanine, Glycine, Magnolia Bark, Reishi Mushroom, Vitamin C is a must it helps with everything.
Initial cost to get going is an investment but you can save a good amount of money if you buy 3-6 months at a time and use 14 day pill organizers to only have to worry about it twice a month.
Preload the P5P 2 weeks before running low dose tren. If you still notice high prolactin sides or puffy/sensitive nips that wont go down look into adding L-Tyrosine 1500mg and L-DOPA.
Great recommendations thanks a lot!
Need to get a bigger pill divider. Can't hold just what I have here , have to leave the fish oil out lol
Bro my supps $ exceed my gear money. I have a basket of things I’m currently using and an entire stock shelf of things I order and put back. I find new things and add them in for a later run.
And a bigger bank account lol
Ya healthy living ain't cheap.
No kidding lmao!
The pharmacy section at the Grocery Store have these huge deep pocketed 14 day ones that I buy, I can usually fit everything when I buy 3.
You’ve got a really solid stack right there !!!! Great selection for organ and heart support. For anyone running Tren, though, I always recommend adding a dopamine/mood/sleep support stack alongside the health basics. It makes a huge difference in avoiding the “tren crash,” anxiety, and mood swings that come with it.
I keep these in my protocol:
Dopamine / Focus / Anti-Anxiety Stack:
L-Tyrosine, Mucuna Pruriens, Ashwagandha, Magnesium Glycinate, L-Theanine, Bromantane (no more than 2x/week), Noopept (AM only), Phenylpiracetam (AM), Semax (AM)
Sleep Stack (Game changer on Tren):
Apigenin or GABA
L-Theanine (again)
Selank
5-HTP
Magnesium (glycinate better for sleep or threonate better for cognition, can combine and get great effect)
Glycine (5–8g pre-bed)
Melatonin
Phenibut (very sparingly — max 1–2x/week)
B6 + B12
Valerian Root
Passion Flower
And yeah, this is the moment I pin 5 IU GH before bed too Lol…Even from 2 IU up, it helps sleep quality big time.
Just thought I’d share … hope it adds some value to anyone trying to run things smarter while on harsher compounds like Tren.
Definitely helps, thanks bro! Looks like i got a few more things to get before hopping on the tren train
why I put it out there !
I always take magnesium glycinate to help with sleep , I also started taking my zinc in the morning instead of with everything else at night because it will mess with the absorption of the magnesium. I may have to throw in ginger root , I’ve always used psyllium husk but now that I started Reta I’ll take anything I can to not get backed up lol.
As long as zinc doesn’t exceed 140mg they should be fine taken together, in fact zinc, magnesium and k2 are great together synergistically
Been loving ginger root man. Give it a try. Good point on zinc and magnesium together.
I’m definitely gonna give it a shot, appreciate it bro!
I put this together a while back. Still missing a ton of supplements, but it was something used as a basis.
Might need to open image in new tab to read it.
You nailed it.
Dude this is great , thank you !
That's extremely useful, thanks Bro!
Nattokinase and baby aspirin to prevent blood clots
Have to supplement lots of glutathione if you use baby aspirin like that often- quite literally destroys stomach and stomach lining.
Actually wasn’t aware of this, thanks I’m ordering that now!
Thanks! Will look into these
Also Kyolic garlic
In before @press1 astragalus root, resveratrol, grapeseed extract, hawthorn berry
That resveratrol looks like some good shit. Cardiovascular health, antioxidant protection, estrogen modulation, anti aging and longevity, liver support and improved insulin sensitivity.
It says not to combine with other blood thinning compounds. Good to know
Damn, forgot to add my Hawthorne berry. I have 2 bottles of that as well. Havent started taking it yet though. Just came in and looking to run that when I started tren up
Yea bro I’ve been taking it as an everyday supplement for the past 2/3 years. Tren is a bitch on the kidneys so all the others I mentioned will serve you well
Thanks bro
Looks a lot like mine! I have NAC & just picked up some red yeast rice
