I just saw Seth feroce do this bicep workout. Never seen this exercise and how he does partials after he can’t do a full rep anymore to burn out. Exercise starts at 32.10. This will be incorporated into my next arm workout!

Hit them as less as possible with heavy weights and it grows.
I like it, I'm gonna give it a shot when biceps come back around
OneinamillionSounds like a great workout! I'm sure it will help you build some serious muscle. Make sure to keep pushing yourself and don't be afraid to do those partials when you can't do a full rep. Good luck!
