+ 1 TRT brands of testosterone in the US. Do your recognize these and what are your thoughts?

Right vial:
Xiromed LLC — 200 mg/mL (10 mL) multi-dose vial | #10194
Sourced directly from someone I know who runs a TRT clinic (not through a pharmacy).
Left vial:
Wilshire Pharmaceuticals — #52536062501
Would come from an out-of-state compounding pharmacy (in the US) with a valid prescription. Slightly cheaper overall, though still more than typical CVS or retail pharmacy cash prices.

Well hell, now I've got to go take inventory AGAIN. Last inventory was
5 years ago and totaled 245 ml of 200mmg/ml (in pictures).
Now I recall the wife took 90 ml to work for disposal about 2 years ago.
Will inventory my current stash and post result in a day or 2.

Both are legit pharm grade so either will be fine. I’m on that Wilshire test now. No complaints with it. No pip at all, but I only take a small amount at a time. Well I do actually have one complaint. The rubber stopper is 1/4 the size of what they normally are. I’m concerned it’s not going to last 12 weeks and me poking it 30-36 times without failing. So I got one of those multi use vial adapters coming.
If paying cash this is not the test to buy. It’s almost double the price compared to what Walgreens sells. It’s upwards $100. Walgreens with good RX sells some other brands for $55.
I preferred to get one from Walgreens or cvs locally too but I’m not close with this dude and I live in california so he said if he were to RX larger amounts it’s easier to work with some niche small compounding pharmacy out of Vegas as he knows the ceo of that place so they fill his stuff everytime. But if I don’t go wilshire and get the other one I can just buy the big 2000mg vials off him in his office. I’m not sure how much the RX for wilshire would be shipped out of Vegas and how much they’d give me at one time. Cheaper than going to a TRT clinic at least. 6000mg for 300$. Not as cheap as UGL obviously but a bit more peace of mind even though I have nothing against UGL and know they have reputable lab tested stuff too.
Ya $100 a vial for pharm grade is not overly expensive. A cycle of that is cheaper than I spend in a month on food. I’d buy a whole bunch of these if I could. But my doc only gives me a script every 10ish weeks.
Dude the Wilshire Pharma one stopper sucks. It lasted me about 2 weeks before it cored.
Ya dude I’m not happy with it at all. I’m waiting on these multi use vial adapters. you just push it through the rubber once and then you simply connect the luer lock syringe to it. No needles necessary for drawing. So not having to pierce the stopper 2-3x a week should make it last for as long as the vial lasts.
My doctor is a liar for some reason and tells me she can only send 10ml vials to compounding pharmacies and she’ll lose her license if she sends it to a regular pharmacy. Which is utter bullshit. She can only send me 1 month scripts of 4 200mg/1ml vials to regular pharmacies and I don’t want to deal with the pharmacy on a monthly basis. I have also have no interest in running shitty compounded testosterone when there are plenty of pharm grade FDA approved brands. Which wilshire is and this local compounding pharmacy carries it so I run it. Next Script I may just transfer it into a new vial with a normal rubber stopper.
I heard about those, someone recently told me about them. When you use them, please let me know how they are I’m interested in using them for everything to be honest.
Ya the wilshire pharma stuff is great besides the stopper design, I use it for when I travel and have to get through an airport.
Well the multi use adapters are a no go with wilshire. The rubber stopper is too small to use it. Sucks because it’s a really cool concept. I think I fucked I up the rubber trying to make it work. I got it in, but it would not stay in.
Dude that’s a bummer, sorry to hear. It’s such a weird design on these stoppers man. Sucks because it’s pretty good quality from the experience I’ve had with them. Levels always on par as you’d expect from pharmacy test.
Agreed. It’s good test. It’s the only pharm grade 10ml test I can get. Like I said above my TRT lies about this for some reason and says she can only send 10ml vials to compounding pharmacies or she will loose her license.. And most compounding pharmacies only offer their own compounded test which I don’t want. But this one offers this non compounded pharm grade test. So that’s why I get it. I think regular pharmacies have given them shit about prescribing a 10ml vial as a 10-12 week supply, when every 10ml vial says right on it discard after 28 days. And compounding pharmacies don’t care about that. I can’t think of any other reason she would say that. So I’m stuck with this stuff unfortunately.
I’ll let you know. I thought they would have been here by now so I just checked my tracking only to find I have to call to verify my order. Like why are they giving me shit about ordering multi use vial adapters. There’s no prescription required for this. Fucking assholes. So it’ll probably be late next week.

Well, there’s significant differences between yours and mine.. Where it says 2000mg per 10ml is not circled on mine. The silver thing that holds the rubber stopper on yours appears to be a normal size, as well as the neck of the vial. On mine it’s about half the width of that. This is what Tom and I were complaining about, the rubber stopper is tiny on these. The cap on yours appears to be red, mines like a purpleish/maroon. The NDC # is different too.
Not sure what to make of all those differences.

I’d take anything else with a normal rubber stopper. Anything pharm grade should be good. I’m sure hikma will be fine.
If that’s legit wilshire he has I wish I could get that kind with a normal rubber stopper. It’s odd that both of us have the same kind that we physically pick up at the pharmacy, so definitely not fake. And his is totally different. The design of the vial is fundamentally different. I can’t imagine a legit compounding pharmacy is selling fake Wilshire, and I doubt an my counterfitters have spent the money to get setup to fake Wilshire, an obsecure brand. And not something everyone knows and wants like Pfizer depot testosterone.
Mine looks a bit different than that from Wilshire. It has a light brownish line under the dosage.
interesting, does yours have a scannable QR code that works? also is yours also a 10ML vial? you know any way i can verify the legitimacy?
I’ll take a look at mine tomorrow and compare. Doubt anyone is making fake wilshire pharm test. It’s not a well known brand. And I highly doubt a compounding pharmacy would be selling fake test.
Bro this pharmacy is sketchy as hell. This testosterone is from Eugia US LLC. Why would they be sending it out in wilshire boxes for this long? Also it is made in india apparently.
I don’t think it’s the pharmacy. They’re simply reselling it. I’m pretty sure my Wilshire says the same. Having someone else make something for you and putting your name on it is done across all types of industries so definitely not unusual.
