LOL It looks like I caused a DBol Vs Adrol debate whilst I've been asleep! I was referring to DBol and TNE purely as a preworkout tool, for lifting big weights and feeling amped - not using it long term avery single day for the oral in it to build a physique. DBol and TNE always felt the better of the 2 versions for me as you had the happy feeling of the DBol in there and I think it stimulates the CNS more than Adrol does - Adrol tends to make me feel tired and lethargic. Adrol does go well with TNE because the Adrol adds a lot of agression and hate into the lift and the TNE will stimulate you, you can generate a lot of power from it.

Water retention from Anadrol and Dbol isn’t just “extra weight” … it’s your body’s defense response. Both hit the CNS hard, which ramps up cortisol and shifts your system into a kind of fight-or-flight stress mode. That hormonal punch is what makes water stick.

Now, the big difference:
Dbol mostly pulls extracellular water (under the skin). That’s why guys often look puffy or bloated on it.
Adrol leans more toward intracellular water (inside the muscle cell). So instead of just looking watery, you look fuller, denser, like the muscle is pumped 24/7.

Why one over the other IMHO…

Adrol hits harder for size, fullness, and strength … but it can wreck appetite and liver values faster.
Dbol gives that classic anabolic drive, smoother strength, and often feels “happier” to run … but cosmetically it can make you look soft.
So it’s not that one is “better,” it’s just what look and feel you’re chasing.

They are both Toxic mate, the difference between the 2 is negligable. You have to just accept that with any oral if you use it over a few months then your liver values will rise, but after a month of discontinued use your levels will be back to normal especially if you use Liver supps also when you come off the oral to help reduce your enzyme levels. With DBol, 50mg per day will make anyone strong - and you will feel good whilst doing it. Yes it will bloat you with a bit more water but that will also enable you to lift more as it gives a greater contractile force within the muscle, it also loads glycogen better than Adol does giving better energy within the muscle itself. On the other hand, 50mg of Adrol per day I've always found to be pretty useless for getting strong on - ideally it needs to be 100mg per day to match 50mg of DBol per day. Adrol generally will make you feel hostile and hate everyone in sight, it does me anyway LOL If you shoot your TNE alongside 30mg of DBol tabs then you will really feel good off that preworkout - you don't need them to be both in an oil for the effect to work mate.

People seem to get so wrapped up in the fact that DBol makes you hold a little more water, but tell me who on here is just about to go into comp with less than 10% bodyfat where it would even matter?? I would expect anyone who is about to go into a Bodybuilding comp to be running something like MTren or Halo in the final several weeks and not be looking at basic compounds like Adrol or DBol which are generally used for intial bulking phases.
