As for cardarine causing flatness, I suspect that would have to do with fat mobilization. Afaik it doesn't actively deplete glycogen.

Im mainly using it too reduce cholesterol abiut too add 50mgs of.var too my cycle
I’ve done cycles with 10mg and 20mg. I mainly used it for the cholesterol boost, as well. It was more pronounced at 20mg, but still a little bump in HDL and drop in LDL at 10mg. Definitely does wonders for endurance which is a nice plus. I’ve never particularly noticed fat loss that I would attribute to it, but I’m always running multiple things when I’ve used it so hard to be sure.
