Any of you guys use drawing pins for gear? Second question what gauge and size do you think for a guy with a higher BF percentage? I’ve been using a 25g 1inch for the past 9 months but wondering if I could go to a shorter pin. Also have only been rotating delts, haven’t pinned anywhere else.
18g to draw. 23g 1” to pin anything over 1ml or 25g 1” if 1ml or less (quads, glutes, vg). 27g 1/2” slin pin for delts.
