+ 1 NAD+
From what I can find about nad+ it seems like a very promising compound for overall wellness. I'm wondering if anyone has any good information on it other than what's readily available. Dosing information was incredibly difficult to find.
I have used it with sub q injections. A couple days at 25/day, ramping up the dosage until I got to 100/day. I think it took about 10 days to complete the 750mg vial. Can't really say if there were any positive results since I'm on trt, hgh, bpc157, collagen supplements... Etc... Just have to trust that it's legit and my insides are doing better lol...
The problem is the injections are incredibly painful. From what I can find, that's normal. But I hated it.
Further research suggests that the IV form done over a slow drip of at least 4 hours works better and lasts longer.
So my main question, would anyone happen to know if this is something that can be done, like made at home? They're available at places that have the bags compounded ($$$)... but can I buy a vial of the same I used sub q, and add it to a liter of saline?
I am in healthcare, I have legit saline IV bags and other equipment. I know how to do all of what I'm saying properly, I just want to make sure the nad+ in these vials the peptide suppliers are selling is the same thing, though I don't know why it would be different, but also and more importantly, can it just be injected into the bag and shaken? Or is there more of a process to make it an intravenous compound?
Thank you

So I guess I'll just do it and see how it goes

So still can't find the info.
To summarize the question; can I get a vial of 750mg nad+, inject into a .9% sodium chloride liter bag, shake it, and infuse via IV? Or does anyone know if it has to be compounded with the saline in specific manner?
I take 100 mg subQ twice a week, been doing so for almost a year, and I still get that hot flush/warm tight chest feeling about 20 min later, every time.
Also I couldn't tell you if it's making a difference in the grand scheme of things. Given what it's meant to be doing, probably not realistic we'd notice a "feeling" anyways, but it might be helping keep liver parameters and bloodwork in check...
First couple times, I got that intense flushing feeling and almost a slight dizziness... wouldn't describe it as dizzy, exactly, but I'm hoping someone knows what I mean. 250mg subq every 3 days or so.
After about 2 weeks those sensations fully subsided. Still taking it.
Total honesty: I am not sure it's really doing anything significant for me... maybe I should come off for a bit and see if I notice anything.
IMO it’s one of those compounds that quietly produces results. Not something that’s gonna bring any sensations or huge physical changes. I think some people are waiting for the moment of dramatic effects. My wife has been using for almost 4 months together with BPC 157 for relief from fibromyalgia symptoms and can attest to its efficacy. Her mental clarity has improved to a point where the brain fog and dizziness she used to experience are nonexistent. Joint pain and body aches have also gotten under control to a point she rarely feels any stress. It’s something that has to be established over a period of time to fully take hold. Her protocol is 75mg eod together with 500mcg BPC. This is all while weening off of Gabapentin.
