Push/pull upper &lower body workouts

Hello everyone
I have been told to look into splitting my workouts into upper and lower body days rather then muscle specific worn outs. As well as focusing on pulling exercise one day and pushing the next, I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction of a good plan to follow or maybe give me a few pointers on the best way to begin doing this. Thank you in advance for any advice

For me bro split works best.

I like to push. Its easier to pull more weight i find but find pushing exerts more of my energy
It’s a back and forth motion, isn’t it? So both???
Depends on machine i would guess
