I've been loving masteron, it's an absolute 10 for me personally... but now I'm losing hair womp womp. Knew it was coming. I don't seem to lose any hair on test, primo, var or eq.
I use minoxidil, ru58841 and micro needling.
I take a daily biotin.
Is there anything else I can take/use to preserve my hair?
I'm retiring the mast, I love it but it's not worth shedding for.

Decided to give Zptropin 320 IU https://www.READtheRULES.eroids/ a shot—read a few solid reviews and figured it’s worth trying to see if it helps with skin and hair like some have mentioned. Just started, so too early to say anything for sure, but I’ll keep an eye on how things go over the next few weeks and update here.
Noticed some shedding after a few weeks on cycle, especially around the temples. Been using Nizoral and keeping test doses moderate, which helped a bit. I know DHT is a big factor, so I’m cautious with anything that spikes it too hard. A mate mentioned he had less shedding when he switched to a different brand of GH—said it seemed to help with skin and hair quality too. Not making any claims, but I’m planning to try something similar soon. Will share the details once I get it and see how it goes.

I’ve only had a little Mast Prop in a Cut Mix. I absolutely love the Cut Blend(TrenA/MastP/TestP) but god damn did my hair thin out fast from it. I love the feeling and properties of Mast but it’s not for me because of the hair loss aspect. Sucks the Big 1 1 1.

Primo is just so dang expensive. It's a great compound, however it doesn't make my e2 budge.
The serm like properties of masteron eliminated my need for nolvadex or arimidex, a big reason why I liked it so much.

Just asking because without knowing your background it’s hard to give a spot-on answer … but I got you, brother.
Honestly, if Mast was working great for you and you’re only now seeing shedding, I’d consider keeping it in at a lower dose, adjusted to your Test. A lot of people underestimate how much AIs mess with your body … dry joints, trashed lipids, and ironically, hair loss is also a known side from long-term AI use. So swapping Mast for an AI might just trade one problem for another.
At the end of the day, hair loss is mostly androgen-driven, and anyone running supraphysiological Test long enough will eventually deal with some level of thinning or loss. Some are just more genetically prone and get hit faster.
You’re already running a solid topical stack — minox, RU, microneedling —, and if that’s not holding the line, adding something like Dutasteride is really your only next step … but yeah, that means committing to it long-term, and it may impact libido or mood over time. It’s a personal trade-off.
No perfect answer here, man. Just depends on what you’re willing to live with … a little hair loss, or the downsides of nuking DHT systemically. For now, maybe try lower Mast, keep your topicals, and reassess. Sometimes it’s just about buying time, not full prevention.

Well thought out response brother I appreciate your time. I'm cruising right now, 50mg of prop eod, and was using 100mg of mast e with each shot (made for an easy 50/50 mix in a 1ml slin syringe)
I lost no hair on 350 test and a gram or so of eq, if anything it got thicker from the RU and minoxidil.
I am more open to being bald than I am to taking dutasteride. I've heard too many bad stories and lasting impacts, I know it's somewhat rare but I just don't wanna go there. I'm still madly in love with my wife and want her all the time, I'd never jeopardize that!

Hair loss was definitely one of my main concerns starting out. Seems like it's mostly linked to DHT-based compounds like winstrol or masteron. If you're prone to it genetically, it can speed things up. Been looking into using finasteride or minoxidil as a preventative — anyone here tried that while on cycle?
I've been using minoxidil and a topical dht blocker, ru58841, I started running that with microneedling September 2024 to stave off any hair loss from from my first cycle of test and primo, it worked amazing. My hair got thicker and my hair line got lower. However when using approx 200-300mg of masteron per week, I'm shedding like crazy. Masteron is harsh on your hair, otherwise great compound, for me personally I'd take it over primo if not for the hair loss.
Hoping, and kind of expect I'll get all the hair I thinned on masteron back using the topical treatments, I haven't lost a ton yet, just notice everytime I rub my head there's some loose hairs vs before there would be 0.
So primo was good on hair for you?? than I think if someone has hair concern, it's Better to take Primo than Mast.
Primo did 0 to my hair somehow yessir. 250 test, 300 primo. However on primo I still needed adex and or a serm. Had bloods on primo and my e2 was still high.
